The HANA trademark is crap. Before all this even went down, they were a crap company IMO. They made a over priced, shoddy device. (several versions) that might as well not exist, because it is so hard to find. We would be better served making our own mods. Keep your "H" Hana.

Hana may have the strategy of suing the pants off Illvapes, which will make future CnD letters to other parties THAT much more effective.
But it looks like Illvapes is doing what they can to play ball and stay out of court.

I dont think illvapes will avoid court, I wouldn't doubt if Hana is going for a judgment here. What they are doing is the bare minimum without getting themselves in even more trouble IMO. If Illvapes, knowing they are being sued, continue to traffic in the infringing goods, they would make the case against them that much stronger and possibly increase their ultimate liability.

Here's my build.....made 10 of them so far (both dna20 and dna30's)....never sell any but give some to friends....smaller than a bic lighter and a 30 ml. bottle... takes about 6 hours to build one....counting epoxy curing time...

Radio Shack/ madvapes/ etc.... it's a 9 volt radio battery box....heavy plastic....about 2 bucks or so....just have to modify it for the display, switches, usb port etc....

We are both in the same boat but you don't need to worry my man you can email through eBay OR file through paypal. You WILL get the money back. I just emailed the Illvapes eBay that is how I've been communicating with them. If i don't hear from them soon then I'll call paypal.

Why not just contact illvapes and they can refund thru paypal back to your paypal account....no biggy...

I received this email from 101vape yesterday.

Update on the current status of the presale and expected ship times.

We have begun to get the Anah mods in from the manufacturer. So far we have received a partial shipment of Black and a very small number of Red just today.

If you ordered a Black mod and were in round one your mod is on it’s way. If you have not gotten tracking info for it yet you will have it soon. If you ordered a Black mod and are in round two your shipment has been prepared and will go out tomorrow, we will be sending out tracking info for the round two Black mod shipments as well.

We are expecting more to come in over the next week or two and will be sending them out the moment they get to us.We thank you for your patience and understanding. We will provide further updates if any of the details change.

They seem like the little guy, the big vendors have really shown their true colors.

And plus, 95 dollars for a logo? Save yourself 30 bucks and get it with no logo

You probably feel entitled and don't understand what is going on with the lawsuit. You are basically asking to waste your time and/or lose money if you order a logo clone from a US supplier now.

If I were those guys I'd be crapping my pants right now.

At this rate it seems like elev8 is getting all the units. From what I'm reading they shipped out more than all the other vendors
