As you may already know, we are in the midst of legal action which is currently preventing us from fulfilling some of our orders—more specifically, the long-awaited dna 30 Box Mods. Illvapes, alongside a team of lawyers, is hard at work as we attempt to reach a solution that satisfies all parties involved—customers included. At this moment, we are awaiting the green light to ship out the no logo versions and will continue to send updates as the situation unfolds.
On a separate note, Cloupor recently informed us that they are having trouble producing colored units; meaning if you ordered a colored unit, your order will be further delayed. We can however, ship out black ones—so if you would like to change your order to the black ones, we will have it shipped to your door within 1-2 weeks regardless of when your order was put in. Again, all of this is contingent upon what our lawyers says we can and cannot do. In the event that we are unable to ship out the dna 30 Box Mods, we will be happy to issue store credit with our guarantee that any items we have in stock will be shipped immediately.
Rest assured that your satisfaction remains our highest priority. Although you are ultimately entitled to a full refund, we ask that you not request credit card charge-backs because we are unable to keep track of orders refunded through that process. To be honest, we prefer that you do not request refunds at all, as doing so will put us further into the red.
We are a small team here at Illvapes, and we are committed to conducting honest business with honest people. We are not in the market to extort our customers, partners, or any other business for that matter. Having said that, we hope you continue to be patient and understanding of our situation. Yeah the guy from elev8 vape told me that cloupor are having problems with making the blue, green, and orange so im now getting black

That's not logical thinking man, due to unforseen event. Everyone should be refunded back, not store credits. Would you rather forced your customer to pursues Chargebacks? You will lose over $20 on each Chargebacks account. Just stating the truth.

I really wanted the Red Color, but due to Illvapes radical behavior and their misfortuned. I select to switch to the Black.
i made the switch Monday when i talked to him so hopefully i get mine shipped to me late next week fingers crossed so sick of this vtr

Vapor tek usa has this up on there page UPDATE: 5/21/2013 We have received 100 pcs, mainly black, and another 90 pcs were shipped on 5/21/2014. It seems the black color will ship faster than the other colors. Cloupor advised the colored Zana mods are hard to finish, therefore, the turn around time for these is longer. We will be able to fulfill Black Zana's faster than the other colors. This problem exist with all vendors that ordered from Cloupor.

My Vtr fried on me lastweek when I fire at .06 ohms. Everything function normally except it won't produced any vapor. And it is my only device that could read ohm.

Im guessing Cloupor is probably discovering the hard way that getting precise color tones via anodizing is nigh impossible
that sounds real nice i wonder too sounds pricey tho think im going to get someone to airbrush mine
