Ok..Thanks all..
JFC is open more than is was..had to close it some cause I could see a gap between the metal bases.
Getting some bubbles, every now and than, but slow..
Trimmed a inverted V into the tails, which not knowing any better I think were over packing the deck.

It is wicking, but maybe the slow bubbles indicate still too much wick in the deck?

I think today is the day I get myself banned from ECF I have been reading some of the private conversations for the Authentic KF V3 Thread in my mailbox and I am about sick of the name calling against some of you on this thread. Hi everyone,
I swore I would never buy another tank until I stumbled onto this wonderful thread. Temptation was too much, so I just placed my order.

Does this tank have a whistling problem? It's my number one complaint with older models. Any idea how to fix the old ones? One solution I have found is to dry out the condensation/fluid that accumulates inside the center post. It's a temporary solution until it happens again. I have also tried polishing the air hole with a diamond head with limited success.

No whistling with mine either. I did take out the airflow grub screw. I vape it totally wide open. Still very quiet.

Just my mistake of too much wick..and extra turn on jfc..
AFC grub work perfectly on mine..prolly about 1/2 to 3/4 open and no whistle..

I got the 316 one. It's prefect. 2.5 dia Stainless Steel coil 28g around 1.4ohm with ReadyxWick 3mm...LOVE this atty. Next ordered is the SXK one with the "flow ring". I have quite a few SKX Squapes and they are all flawless so I imagine the KFMv3 will be the same.

On some of the "Authentic" ones I heard that the air control(grub screw) was too loose and moved on its own causing either too tight or too loose draw. They are trying to make it not move so easily.

The KM3 is very quiet, one of the quietest atomizers I have. I didn't take the screw out but It's wide open.

I think that might be for the KFv4. I had to crimp the screw so it wouldn't move.

I have the grub screw out - same as my KFv4s. The draw is prefect on the mini.

I am not going to play the Clone or not game, it's no one's real business but the purchaser.

However, there is One thing about the conversation I find interesting.

The State of Fla has gotten Hot To Trot on counterfeit products. Especially around the big towns that already have legit factory outlets. It's pretty common here for stores to be raided and cleaned out for all the stock being counterfeit.

As I understand it, there are KMv3 clones With and Without the same etched logo as the original. Technically, the ones With the logo Aren't clones, they're Counterfeit. At least in Fla, Legally, you're Okie Dokie with your fake Rolex if it Doesn't say Rolex anywhere on it. Oh, and PS, in Fla, if you had a table of nice looking fake Rolexs, your Sign on the table that says, "Rolex STYLE Watches" won't get you off the counterfeit rap.

I would think it's been safe so far for Fla residents as the powers that be probably have no idea it's happening in Vape Land. Also that for whatever reason, the Legit Kayfun German company owners haven't seemed to defend their trademarks. I wonder what Fla will do when they figure it out. At the very least, I'd think as long as FT et al sold "counterfeit" items, the State Could direct the PO/Shippers to refuse all such shipments from them. With FT and others not being in country, I don't think they can easily be prevented from at least Shipping the items.

Svoe Mesto doesn't have any patents or trademarks in the US so "clone" is correct.

Let's not start anything here about this issue. We are here to vape and that is all. Love my KM3s but still only wish they were larger capacity.
