That broken o-ring in your pic appears to be the fat one they're putting on the base by mistake. Mine came with it already broken. There may be a thinner one in your kit that will fit. If you try to use the fat one your JFC will not work properly and you'll have vacuum issues and leaks.

lol. i have to say, just a general comment. everytime I look through these type of threads there are always a large bunch of people .....ing and talking about the friggin airflow. Like why even go for a kayfun if you gotta drill the .... out and talk about nothing but the friggin airflow. This is one atty out of a thousand that is made for tighter draws and mouth to lung... they got a million other cheap tanks out there with open air flow.. A couple of times I have posted questions about an atty or tank and it was completely ignored while people talk about the airflow...

With mine I can either tighten it almost closed to wide open for lung hits. IDK what others are talking about. Maybe they are all made a little different. FT sells the piece that has the air control. It's called the Center Post i think. If yours has a problem with air control, try replacing that piece.

I recently got 2 of the Plus ones and they are the same as far as air intake...

I think you misunderstood. Jumping's clone has a smaller air hole than it should have per SM specs--1.8mm instead of 2.2mm.

Not a stellar experience with my first FastTech order.

Clones were bad - smaller airflow (1.8 vs 2.2 mm), too small positive block and finally mislocated positive screws on both units that in my opinion rendered the units unusable.

Spare glass sections for KM3 (x5): one shattered, raw, unfinished and un-torched edges, some chipped edges and noticeably thinner walls than the ones that come with either the FT or my Tobeco clones. I wouldn't feel confident using them on a permanent basis. Too delicate and weak. Don't buy them. Cheap, but useless. Guess I'll keep them for emergency interim use as returning them is not worth the hassle.

Drip tips: 2 were ok, but the one I really wanted, a 2-piece Vapelyfe SS/Teflon hybrid, was missing 2 of 4 o-rings. Hope they'll just send me the o-rings. Probably also not worth the hassle of returning them.

I'm happy with some items. Spare ceramic tips for tweezers, 2 of 3 drip tips, silicone cases for mods and some atomizer stands were ok - great values, actually. KM3 accessory kit (o-rings, etc) is ok.

Don't think I'll be ordering any more FT generic clones. I'll probably stick with the "name-brand" clones.

Live and learn. :)

So sorry, Jumping. I haven't measured the air hole in my FT clone, but it looked OK, ~2mm. I'll look at it again when I next rebuild it.

Like others have said, take a picture and open a ticket. They will send you replacements. I know it's PITA. You must have gotten a dud.
