I just got mine from 3F. It is superb!!! Just wish it was 22 mm, but I'd bet you won't be able to tell the difference from the authentic.

That is great to hear. Thanks for telling me. I ordered 2 from them because everything else I got from them has also been perfect. Now I really can't wait to get them. I just hope they come before my idiot friend demands his authentic back. I'll most likely not give it back until I get them anyway. Can you post a pic? No problem if you can't, it's good enough to hear that it is superb!!!
Just received mine from 3F. Compared to a friend's clone, mine is machined much better. The notches are well defined, the edges are crispier and the brushing is much nicer. Only the juice hole are not so refined but this is nitpicking.
Personally i got mine from 3F and it is really nice. I like them a little better because for some reason i get my shipments in maybe 10 days after it ships. FT for some reason can take up to 6 weeks. If i want it faster and 3F has it i get it from them, but FT has a better selection. As for misc. parts i have no idea. I would say right out of the gate get a replacement tank. Steel or glass. or better yet both. When i got mine the glass was chipped a little. Not sure if it was like that or if i did it trying to disassemble it. Either way it worked and i need to order one now. That will happen next month when i make my FT order.
I really hope not to start some kind of war. This really is a legitimate question. How on earth can a clone company come out with the clone only days after an authentic has hit the shelves? Some how i think the the original manufacture has some part in the clones. It only makes sense. I have seen some clones come out way way later than the original so ya i can see how that would be a total rip off, but like these KFM3 was almost at the same time. I dont know just an observation.

I think the KF4 clone came out just as fast if not faster than the mini. We'll never know the truth about how fast they get the plans to clone them.
I would go broke if I had to buy authentics only. I always need at least 2 of every tank to use my 2 daily liquids. I usually get a third just for extra parts with these being so inexpensive. With clones, it allows me to always have the newest gear because something new comes out so often.
The KF4 came out within a week if I recall. The KFM3 took a week longer because it was released during the chinese holiday.

I honestly don't think it's a matter of money for most of us. Come on, we were spending way more on tobacco every month. Point is, many of us consider a product overpriced for what it really is, especially when you can get a very similar item for a fraction of the cost.
I just opened war on my customs. It's going to be ugly but somebody has to put things straight. I'm tired of being targeted.

You should also check the tobeco hurricane clone, fantastic vape, just be sure to get extra bell cap tanks as they break easily

that's surprising, because even though kayfun's are not known for large airflow, usually a grub screw lends to more fine-tuning, vs a notched scaling holes method. I like it with my kayfun lite's that I can turn the screw just a bit for a minute change in airflow, vs say a hurricane that has pre-set hole sizes.
But I haven't tried the mini v3 yet.
Well there is research & design, trying something, failing, trying something else...And it's supply and demand and what they can afford (or think they can afford) to charge for it. Clones companies only pay manufacturing and packaging.
But there's also that sweet spot price for any product where you'll get the most sales.
Ignoring, spring/complexity issues withe the k4. Let's say it was the perfect mtl tank. You want to get it, but damn... it's $169.00! (actually 189 here in canada at dashvapes. I bet if it was 69-79ish they would sell a ton more, But again, it's what they think they can afford.
However, what I do think is gouging, is on accessories. Now lot's of companies do that with products (the razer blades). But for ex. Svoemesto sells a plastic tank for $22.49! For 1 plastic tank! It's rare that I have my morality called into question and since buying my first clone and seeing what's been going on in the other thread it made me do some thinking.I have never needed or wanted to buy a clone because I fortunately was able to buy authentic Vape gear in my price range.Cheap. After hearing so many people rave about these tanks I was curious and since I really cant afford the authentic I went with a clone.Here's my opinion. If these clone companies can produce and sell almost exact copies of the real device and sell it at these incredibly low prices it leads me to believe that SM is gouging it's customers. How moral is that? I do understand that they also incurred the costs of development but they get the beta testing done for free by us.They can sell their items for whatever they want because there will always be people who want to use products as some sort of status symbol.I am all for supporting companies authentic products but if a company is going to Jack up its profit margin to what are imo unreasonable levels I have no qualms about buying the clone.Jm2c
The thing that is crazy over there is they start this crap about clones themselves. No one said anything defending clones the last few times. They just stirred themselves up on their own. The last issue was started for NO reason at all. Just a suggestion about a ring...
So far I'm fairly impressed, I've not had any leaking, gurgling, dry hits, or any other wicking issues, TC seems rock solid.

The other thing is its absolutely fine to hack firmware but not copy a basic over priced tank
If I had paid full price for this and found I did not really like, I would have been p**sed
