Attack of the (Kayfun Mini V3) Clones!

I just ordered two of these. I have been waiting for the Tobeco Kayfun V5, but decided to get these as well.
Yes! We had seen these. The only diff. was the center screw (SS vs. chromed brass). We went for the SS.
I like the other one though, the 3.2ml. It's smaller diameter and would have fit into my Xvo's. But I'm not getting more, so I'll use these on my other mods.
I think that for me the best (Kayfun) option remains the earlier v2 Lite Plus. I didn't like the 4 (at all), and seem to get the best overall performance and flavor from those earlier versions. The downsides are the need for teflon tape & a Kayfil tool, so we must make the decisions that are best for us.
...while we still can.

Same reason I opted for the Chubster. Love all the choices we have, HATE that they're being ripped from our hands.

DP, which ones of the pluses come with a ss screw? I'm so confused now--about everything.
I had great hopes for the K5, I was ready to buy an authentic, but the more I read about it, the more hesitant I get. I have no idea if I'll like the 3.2 mm airport hole (that's 1 mm larger than the K4 and the mini and my sweet spot for MTL vaping). And there are other issues. I don't want to buy a $130 atty that I'm going to struggle with. The airflow reducer kit that SM is now offering is another puzzler for me--they went from 3.2 mm to 1.6, 1.4 and 1.2 mm air hole. 1.2 mm? Seriously? My cartos had more airflow than that. Who vapes like that today? And why no 2.2 mm (or so) where most MTL people were happy?
So I'm going to get a K5 clone instead and see what happens. And maybe one of the fat minis--as soon as I figure out which one to get.
The Kayfun Lite is too tight for me (1.8 mm). So I'll stick with my K4 for the time being, warts and all.

Yeah, you know how it is, Katya. One like this, another likes that... the good thing is that there's something for pretty much everyone.
For an industry in diapers, it's pretty impressive stuff.
And believe me that I'm thankful every day that my vape preferences never changed. I don't burn through juice (4-5ml a day, maybe), my batteries last forever, and I couldn't possibly be any more satisfied than I am.
Then the roving band of FDA idiots struck, and yet another free-market is being destroyed.
I have no plans on getting any more KM3's. I like the design but the capacity is a pretty big downside for me.
I have a SXK KF5 on order from FT but it won't ship until Wed (probably later) and another one from Angelcigs. I asked VapeNW if they'll be carrying the Tobeco KF5 but they said they had no plans so I ordered 10 (5 silver, 5 black) direct from Tobeco. I should have them by the end of the week. I probably would be more patient but I'm in hoarding mode with the FDA bs going on.

I've seen a good review of a Coppervape clone, but I have no idea where to find one. Tobeco made a fantastic clone of the K4. I know very little about other clone makers. I figured we still have some time, but not much, til all innovation stops dead in its tracts and we'll all be using the same old (imperfect) PVs for the rest of our lives.

I have 9 Tobeco KF4's and 3 no name. The 3 no names are retired and 3 Tobecos are still NIB. I didn't try the SXK but I read mixed reviews on it but mostly good. I'm confident with Tobeco since their KF4 and KM3 were excellent copies so I ordered their KF5 version mainly because I wanted it in black.

ah you all should be ecstatic, Looks like the kayfun five is meant for more airflow, but I am sure its still not enough for most people.. They won't be happy till the kayfun turns into one of the 10,000 sub ohm tanks on the market. But rejoice everyone! Its a step in that direction so everyone can suck real hard on their 2mg e-juice!
They now have this baby--the less fatty fatty. And the prices keep climbing. It looks very much like the one in your first link (with ss pin), but it's 22.5 mm instead of 24.

Yes- regarding the fatties (or would "chubs" be more appropriate?), the ones I have are the SKU 4475900, which is currently out of stock. The one I'm using performs beautifully and for some reason gives a warmer, better vape than the V3s. I did have to tighten up the hex nut and center pin, due to some initial seepage from the base, but that was weeks ago, and it hasn't leaked or seeped since.
