After a few weeks of use, I'm happy to report that my SXK V5's and my Tobeco V5 work exactly the same without any leaks and after breakin, turn as smooth as a fine watch. Very pleased with both versions, only difference is the engraving, no biggy.:thumb:

Excellent! I have both a silver SXK V5 (fasttech) and a black Tobeco V5 (Eciggity) on their way to me.

Been vaping for 3.5 years now, but I was reluctant to try a Kayfun because they looked too complicated to work with (only building for a few months now) and when I saw that a previous version (can't remember which one) used a spring, I wanted no part of it.

Over the past month or so, I started looking at KFs again, because everyone kept mentioning them. Maybe my first foray into the Kayfun world came at just the right time, with the release of the V5, since everyone is digging it. :thumb: I've been on a mini, micro, and nano kick lately with tanks and mods, so my plans are to use my new Kayfuns with the ATHENA eNVy22 75W for a much stealthier look. ;)

I like the looks of that wider tank, if I can find one in stock somewhere I'm gonna try it.

I've always had a thing for the Envy 22 but never actually pulled the trigger on one. How deep is the atty-well on it? I suspect the V5 will stick out quite a bit?

Can't wait to see the two of them together though, please share a pic when they arrive.

Thanks!

I'll have a look how much shipping adds, if it isn't too bad I'll order one.

Looks nice! 6ml's uhm that's great! I don't know if the threads would be a fit.

I don't know why I didn't realize this when I first read your post, but there are no threads on the tank sections. It's just held in place between two o-rings, so as long as the length & diameter are about the same it should work.

I'm at work right now, so I can't measure the depth, but the KFv5 will look a Hell of a lot shorter mounted on a side-by-side mod than mounted on top of something else. Someone posted that they use the eNVy with a Goliath V2 (61mm) and the tank just clears the top by a couple of millimeters. If I didn't already have an Envy 22, I probably wouldn't even be interested in the KF, because of how freakin' tall it is. I like small mods, so I can take them everywhere with me.

Yeah, it is crazy tall, have you checked out the mini V5? That one is only a few mm taller then the Goliath you mention.

Weird double post.

Triplllllllllee post! Congratulations, you just won another post for free!!

:p

Yeah the British Pound is way down so you might come out ok.

Shipping almost doubles the price, but they have spare o-rings sets too and some other nice goodies as well so I'll just order a few more things to even it out. Makes no sense at all I know, trying to be economic by spending more, lol

If these were mentioned, I missed it.
Seems like the o-rings that came with the Tobeco are different than the ones in the parts kit (from originvape). Anyone use both? Both work?

Also, two times after filling the tank juice wasn't feeding, giving me dry hits. After closing the JFC, taking off the Topcap, putting the Topcap back on and opening the JFC, all is well. I've had the tank for 2 months and both instances were in the last 2 weeks. Is an old o-ring causing this? All mine are stock and I'm changing #10 and #11 tonight or tomorrow.
