The Lan Dow Nunda
I've been a direct lung vaper since I moved from evods to a Kanger topbox mini starter kit a few months ago.

Usher in my decision to purchase a Pravari Procyon based on money I saved each week from smoking $60+ AUS rollie tobacco, and the assumption Provari makes reliable, and long lasting products....as apposed to my Kanger Kbox that "broke" in 2 months
Money well spent in my personal opinion.

I was steered towards a kabuki tank for my Procyon here on ECF, but the end result was incredible disappointment in the required aspire coils lasting a maximum of a few days before a horrible burnt taste, as well as being VERY expensive at $3+ AUS compared with a couple of cents for an RTA rebuild

I quickly gave up on the kabuki and bought a Tobeco Kayfun 5 which has not only given me the same kind of awesome looks attached to my beloved Procyon, but also ZERO burnt flavour after several tanks of juice...something the hideously expensive kabuki never achieved.

And an overall better direct lung flavour than I ever got from both the Kanger AND the kabuki.

Past 24 hours I've done a test by setting my KF5 clone on airflow number 1 for restricted mouth to lung hits.
I've not vaped this way since my evods.

WOW!!!
There is even More flavour from this cheap and cheerful KF5 clone than I could ever have imagined possible!
My otherwise "ordinary" tasting DIY juice has come alive and I'm getting flavour I would never have dreamed of!

I don't "need" to buy a real Kayfun 5 because of the incredible experience my clone has given me.

But if they ever come available down here in Australia I'd be more than happy to buy one, and support Svoemesto based on my 100% positive experience with the Tobeco clone.

flavour, Flavour, FLAVOUR!!! :)

Man, a few weeks ago I looked down on the ground and it was one of the worst sights ever, the glass was shattered. The stainless tank is horrid and I actually stopped using the device until I could get a replacement. I couldn't find a US vendor but lucky fasttech had some. I have a SJMY and there are a lot of options but pulled the trigger on: Replacement Glass Tank for Kayfun V5 RTA Atomizers (5-Pack) SKU: 5037400.

I'll never let that happen again so I picked up Aluminum Stand for 510 Atomizers for $1 which is actually so handy and should have picked that up years ago. With the glass people say it fits SXK and the original but what made me pull the trigger was this review: Perfect size, Previous review says a little thin but thats a good thing as they fit SJMY version which requires thinner glass than the "SXK" styled.

I always get at least one shattered glass from them or gearbest but because it's in a 5 pack they actually do a decent job and all were fine. I don't really remember the old glass but like others have said I think it's actually better and it screwed in probably better than anything I've ever experienced. I'm going to throw in some juice to see if it leaks or maybe condensation.

When I got the device it was truly a holly .... moment and the last time I had that was maybe when I got my first Vamo or the famous Viva Nova. I couldn't figure the thing out to save my life so I had to hit up youtube and Grimm broke it down otherwise I'd spent hours or maybe days figuring it out.

This is my first Kayfun and I get why their popular, especially with this one because I've never seen machining like this ever, just amazing. And here we go with a but, you know what, I don't think it even comes close to my Taifun GT2. It's easier to build but I just don't think it even comes close to flavor than the Taifun. Maybe it's because I've used a few Tainfuns for maybe 3+ years now and I'm always reaching for that and my Griffin.

I'm not giving up though. It could have been the coils I've used and the placement of it. I'm pretty sure I did a 26/32 clapton and a 3x twisted wire with the same setup pretty much with my taifun with the same juice. DJlsb, who's the best reviewer on youtube hands down just put out a vid so I'm curious on how he builds it:

I'll probably get a tip or two and I'm sure he will be using temp control which I've tried many times but just can't get into it. So I went on a search and got some Authentic MKWS 316L Stainless Steel Hive Pre-Coiled Wires that I'm going to throw in right after this post. I have the Koopor mini 2 which is suppose to be excellent for TC so if this doesn't work I'm a loss. I want to join all of you in the hype, so much that I've considered the Tobeco. I'll let you guys know how it goes and hopefully I'll be on the band wagon with you guys.

So I'm still experiencing some slight leakage, thought I had it figured out but not the case. I'm leaning now towards excessive wear on o-rings 10 and 11, these get a workout when the juice control is opened and closed. I probably refill mine 3 times a day. I've gone about this forward and backwards to positively identify the cause, very time consuming as it doesn't leak for a few days. More of a comment here than cause.

did you ever pick up good orings from the oring store or wherever? I think i'll be placing an order. china sure does skimp on oring quality!!!
Mine come from Oringsandmore, most folks would do better by making up sets from the Oringstore price wise. I have alot.
I'll probably go the Oringstore route next time.

I'm not changing those ones, I seems to get results on the leaking or lack of it by changing 10 and 11. Those for sure could cause leaks especially 21 if not sealing.
This isn't much of a leak, more annoying than any thing else. All tanks can leak but pretty much my shirt don't leak.....LOL

Thank you for that! also is there such a thing as a tool to make fitting them easier? i always really struggle to fit without damaging them.
I use a safety pin (diaper only little), trick is to get under it not in it.

Thanks guys,i use a pin to get them off,it is getting them on that i struggle with especially the build deck ones. When you order do you just order the sizes from the original diagram posted earlier? Reason i ask is when looking on oringsandmore it says cs.No idea what that means. Will it mean the inner diameter like the diagram is?

Example: 12 x 1 mm
12 is the inside diameter
1 mm is the CS, if you were to cut it and look at the cut end it would be 1 mm. Hope that explains it, if not just say so.

I got it and thanks for your help.Wondering now if the Tobeco will be the same as the original or the SXK lol.
I bought one Tobeco and gave it to a friend, I used the same size o-rings as I mentioned on it.
