Just tried the mouth to lung kit and I am happy with the biggest reducer. The reducer improved both the draw and flavor. :)
I got two of my Tobeco's running with the original SM kit. Definitely a better vape for MTL.More flavor and throat hit. I have one with the large reducer one with the middle reducer. I think i will order more for my other v5's.

I wish there was a clone because I have 8 tanks and that's another $70.00 I will be spending. :(

I just got the SXK kayfun,Rose and hurricane also from FT.
Both the Rose and kayfun vape at much lower wattages than other tanks using same ohm coil.
The kayfun is easy to put a coil in and rewick but the Rose has to be taken down close to all the way.
Both are great flavor tanks and I'd order them both again, but I favor the Rose over the kayfun.

I'd be willing to bet that SKU 5044200 on FT is the coppervape version. Why? Cause it has the exact same packaging as the UTA2 clone (with bell cap) which I have several of. That version is not the one with the best reviews on FT, so if I am right you might wanna reconsider.

yeah could be. i already reconsidered and playing it safe. the smjy version has the best reviews and feedback. i buy one or maybe 2 rta every year, so 8$ not worth the hassle...

I have a bunch of SJMYs and not one has been an issue. Kinda sad that they haven't made a black one...that I can find.

A black SJMY would be nice. I'm still stuck with this black Tobeco that refuses to wick after every ml or so. I thought I'd fixed it but it didn't last unfortunatly.

It looks awesome on my black mod but I think today is the day that I finally stop messing with it. Luckily I got my second SJMY version in the other day :)

I am also loving the SM barrel tank from origin. More capacity and looks real classy. Will be getting a couple more of those.

Glad you finally got it! Did you measure how much it holds by any chance? I keep forgetting to do so but I suspect it holds over 6ml.

I just tried a totally different build from my to-go-to coil (twisted 28g, 3,5mm ID 7 wraps), a 2mm ID 6 wrap single strand in 26g (both Ti1, it's all I use) and cleaned it out so I could measure it. The moment I went over 6ml it started flooding over the thingie with all the fill holes in it so 6 ml must be pretty accurate.

I must have gotten a Monday morning Tobeco since I appear to be the only one complaining about it. But I'm afraid the problems are too vague to put in a warranty claim and my experience with it is also too poor to buy another one, so no black K5 cone for me I'm afraid :(

I might send the seller an email about it anyways just to see what they say, I would still really like to have a properly functioning black one.

What kind of wick are you using? Going from 3.5mm to 2mm gives you much less wick to work with and might increase your chance of leaking. Or you just don't have enough wick on your 2mm coil.

I went from 3mm to 2.5mm ID coils and haven't had any leaking issues. I'm using rayon wicks.

I also use 2.5mm id but with cotton. Not had a dry hit or a hint of a leak on any of mine.

I was a little worried about that when I saw how much less wick I could accommodate, but to my surprise there are no issues at all. Still at 2,5 turns or so on the JFC. I do use max VG though, albeit watered down a bit.

I use Native Wick cotton. As little as I can get away with but fluffed up as much as possible, just down to the deck covering both juice holes on each side.

The performance of this little coil also impressed me by the way. Not as much flavor or density as with my larger twisted wire coils but it still vapes very nice.

I kept having issues with sensitivity to vapor and heat even when I only vaped like 0,5ml a day so it's an attempt to take it down a notch, hoping I can vape a little more per day without immediate health-issues. So far it seems to be working

What part of original kit are you using?
    Is it for MTL ?
Even though I prefer DL I have noticed MTL can be better with certain flavors or different strengths of nicotine.
Backwoods brew,6-12mg,tastes great MTL but DL it's just too rich in flavor.

Yes i am using the Original MTL kit. They are small tubes you place in the airhole. The airhole is 3.2 mm and this reduces it to either 1.2 mm 1.4 mm or 1.6 mm.

which ss 316l wire would you recommend for kayfun v5 on evic vtc mini using tc? im now using single 28g. usually i go for a 2.5mm coil, around 8 wraps but i would like to try some clapton wire or something like that. would like more vapor production but flavor is important to me so it has to be good enough.. maybe a higher gauge clapton wire? i see that there are fused claptons, but dont really know what i need. any suggestions are appreciated..

If you want more vapor try twisting two strands of that 28 together and make a coil of that, I think you will like it.

You can put the the wire in a drill and vice to twist it but you can also just loop a longer piece through the ear of a coffee mug and hold the two ends together with pliers and twist it that way if you don't have the tools. Just let the mug dangle below the pliers, and pull the mug hard while twisting it to get the most even result.

I've found that a 2.5mm works the best as well. I use a cotton bacon wick. Take a little off the top if needed. (Even scissor cut with the top of the coil.) if that makes and sense..
