So you take it all apart, change 5, 8, 10, and 11 o-rings, and now it's hard to turn.....why? 8 and 11 are 11x1's and 10 is a 12x1. 5 is the one that's different. Calls for a 7x1.5, and I have no way of measuring, but what was on it (tobeco clone) looks like about an 4x2 or something. Very hard to get off.
I've changed 8, 10, and 11 before using the same size o-rings without issues, but now I change 5 and it's extremely hard to turn. 6 too tight?

Anyone else have something other than a 7x1.5 for 5?

Does # 6 turn easily with the o-ring removed? 6 x 1.5 would the way to drop down a size, not stretching the heck out of a 2 mm one.
You are lubricating the o-ring right?

Haven't tried without an o-ring. I have no idea why they used a 2mm. I just bought what the diagram said #5 should be. I use a lot of lube, everywhere. I loosened #6 a little. It's a little easier, but I think everything is just breaking in, but it's still harder to turn than its ever been. Not leaking though.

Better....probably same.
Oringsandmore and Theoringstore
Are the replacement kits from Origin vapes (SM o-rings) any better than others? I'm sure there better, but $ wise with it over others. Looking for more backups for the SMJY version. Where does everyone else get there's?

I got fifty of each size for around $16 shipped from Oringsandmore.

I have had 3 of my Tobeco's with the wrong size o ring on #5.Replaced with 7#1.5 mm and all working flawlessly now.I have no idea if it would of caused any problems.I strip all o rings then bath when i get one, then replace with new ones.Mine were also way smaller and fatter.

#6 turns? Thought it was stationary. JFC is what is hard to turn now. Getting easier, but like I said, I've changed #'s 8, 10, and 11 and it didn't make it 'very' hard to turn the JFC. Doing that made it more 'like new' (because of new o-rings). Maybe this is how it should be but I didn't know it because #5 had the wrong o-ring on it?

I received a weird assortment from Tobeco and Origin. I bought the Origin to get the screws. Bought o-rings according to the diagram from theoringstore.

Thanks. Silly. It's not like there's a lot of cost involved to put on the right o-rings.
