You don't know what the additives are in the US ones. They are protected trade secrets and the FDA doesn't share the info.

Not as many as what most on here would believe. I downloaded a .pdf of the ingredients and their purpose in all cigarettes made or sold in CR...

Whatever additives the FDA allows are not merely not harmful, they are good for us. Would anyone working for the government ever allow harm to come to us? The employees of the FDA are the very brightest, the most caring, the most compassionate human beings who have ever walked the path of life. My trust knows bounds.

Can you provide a link showing where the FDA has said the additives are good for us?

Thanks for link
Ingredients per product - for Czech Republic

Actually it looks pretty much like juice with exception for some burning materials.
Delivery method makes the difference.

This is where the flavoring aspect comes into play. Flavorings are allowed in cigarettes, yet there are some who would ban flavored e-liquid. I actually had no idea cigarettes have flavorings like vanilla or licorice... But it is for CR, so maybe there is a different recipe for cigarettes made in the US...

How so?
And what about plum juice, cocoa extract, licorice, etc?

This is how companies like Halo will be able to keep selling their menthol and tobacco lines- even if there is a restriction on flavorings, because even though all their offerings in said categories taste different, they are sold as tobacco and menthol flavors- just like cigarettes...

I was reading somewhere (I think this forum) that In the new cigalikes they put a MASSIVE amount of nicotine in comparison to our vapes. That in itself will ENSURE a addiction or at the least a reliance on their product.
The higher nicotine levels are used because cigalikes are not very effective at delivering nicotine.
Not only Big Tobacco is doing this, but so is NJoy, who is NOT Big Tobacco.

And add to that the concept that nicotine alone is not really all that addictive.

So yes, the cigalike folks are putting lots of nicotine in them to make them more effective...
Not necessarily to make them more addictive.

So the answer is no...

I can think of a certain link you were unable to provide as well. It's interesting that you ask for proof now, but when the burden of proof was on you we were all paranoid loonies who thought BT were after us.
I think maaaaaaaybe there is some hypocrisy going on here.

I believe that is a safe assumption, Steve. To paraphrase the spokeswoman for the State Department, Marie Harf, perhaps my statement was too nuanced for some.

You said the FDA has said additives in cigarettes are good for us. Should be easy to provide a link stating such was said...

What would that be? The picture thread? I provided the link; most were too lazy to register...

No, what you provided was a link to a bunch of people talking about a picture. The doctor who did the treatment was not named, there was no official documents, nor any official proof or statement for that matter. You provided nothing but a picture with a caption that anyone could have made and a conversation on a message board. That is not proof. Do not ask for proof of you yourself refuse to provide it. You may have considered what you provided to be proof but some of us have a higher standard of evidence than you

Oh my God, Steve, to simplify it for you: It was sarcasm and, quite frankly, any fool should be able to see that. This will be my final transmission with you on this subject. Good bye and :toast:

A medical site which verifies the credentials of medical professionals before they can post seems legit to me, but I don't suffer from paranoid delusions about BT, BP, ANTZ, the government, the media or any other boogeymen...

And there you go again. It is not paranoia to ask for evidence. Let me repeat A BUNCH OF PEOPLE DISCUSSING SOMETHING ON THE INTERNET DOES NOT MAKE IT A TRUE FACT. Do you know what a fact is?

Fact - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

People talking about a picture is not fact. Especially since other than a Twitter page and a Google + page there are no other references to the picture, nor further evidence.
