That sounds like something that I would do. LOLLOLOLOL, trust me, I didn't change it that much and I still forgot it. Pretty pathetic
I may be overthinking the "hack" but was wondering if its suspected that the hacker messaged people from vendors usernames asking for shipping details ? I highly doubt it but figured I would ask because I received a message from a vendor stating that I won one of the random prizes in the contest that I was in and to send them the shipping info and name . I sent the info and have yet to hear back from the vendor and the last time they logged in was just after I sent the message. The vendor also did not notify anyone in the thread of a winner of one of the random prizes. Now I know its probably just because the vendor hasn't been back online since sending me the message but theres no such thing as being to safe when it comes to giving out personal information.
Hey Heisenberg - It sounds pretty unlikely to me, but if you'd like to PM me with the details I will double check with the Vendor. Always better to err on the safe side.

Jerry, you're making that up!
The reason I know is that if you include your password in a post, ECF recognizes it and blanks it out. Here's mine:

See?

Get a password manager....you'll wonder how you ever got by without it. It also allows you to use different very secure passwords for every site, enhancing your own security and privacy. I use 1Password.
'First Unread' and similar 'memory' settings have probably been flushed - it's back to zero for those I'm afraid.
The first unread issue is happening with threads that have been started after the server update. It is also happening after reading an older thread with new posts and then coming back to it when it has more new posts. This is something that needs fixing.
Edited to add that after replying to a thread the site returns one to the thread's first page. Guessing this issue and the first unread issue are related.
