Bad Capella Flavorings?

while the customer service is great I think Capellas has some quality control issues. I got some vanilla custard from them and it is the most horrid flavor ever. Also in the 2 orders i got from them, each order had 1 bottle that was 25-35 percent low. while they did send new bottles to make up for light ones I can't see having to check every bottle in every order to see if they shorted me.
