Bad vaping side effect: I gained 16 lbs this year as if I really quit smoking

I've lossed, but I'm the type that would gain like 200 lbs if i quit cold turkey. I remember the first couple of days when I did quit cold turkey I was at in-n-out every 30 mins. I started eating twice the amount i normally would too. So 2 double doubles w/ grilled onions and 2 animal fries. that's like 5000000 calories. lol

I switched from analogs to 0 nic e cigs, I guess it's a form of cold turkey. But I have something to do instead of eat.

I've definitely lossed a little bit of weight since I started vaping. I was 145 when I was smoking and am now down to 137. I probably attribute a lot of that to my move though. I quit smoking when I moved from the florida keys back to Colorado. I've been insanely busy and always doing something since I've been back. So that probably has a lot to do with it to. Oh and I'm 6'1" yeah I'm a skinny little focker!
