I have a Trustfire 18650 3.7v 2400mah battery that I was using to check some older atties to see if they were dead. After a few minutes, the battery cut off, and the voltage on it is now 2.36v. Prior to this it was holding a charge well enough to chain vape for 2 days. (Maybe a shorted atty drained it?)
Now it won't charge on my Trustfire TR-001 multicharger - all green lights, doesn't change to red. It still charges other batteries.
I know the low voltage is bad for the battery... is it not charging because the voltage is too low and the charger doesn't see it as a 3.7v battery? If so, is there a way to get it to the charger's minimum so it is chargeable again?
Apparently the battery was supposed to cutoff before it became nonchargeable...
Thanks!
