Sorry I’ve only used the TFA Bavarian Cream v1. I don’t like V2 as much. Not as thick or dense due to absence of dyketones that were removed.
I can't give you a technical comparison but I can tell you that LA BC is the best to my taste buds.
I tried about 5 or 6 different company's BC.
My ADV recipe has included LA BC for almost 5 years.
LA BC is more expensive than all of the others by a fairly wide margin but it is worth it to me.
