I haven't ordered from there in a while but that does seem a bit odd. Regulations are making it more difficult for these smaller businesses. I do know the FDA recently did surprise undercover checks on many of these businesses in reference to age verification and this could be what prompted this. What does puzzle me is why they would need to do this when nicotine is not involved in the sale.

I would call them to make sure it was actually them and not someone else.I just made another order with them a few days ago,and have never had them ask for a picture of anything.

I would call them. It would be very sad if the URL got hijacked as part of a credit card scam.

A long time customer, I placed a large flavoring order with them just three weeks ago and wasn't asked to produce/provide anything except payment as per the norm. I'm not aware of BCF using any form of age verification. Here's a link to the thread that lists all know age verification methods/techniques for vendors (there's a direct link to the actual list at the bottom of the thread's first post) List of vendors Age Verification requirements. If you do receive a valid response from BCF indicating they now require customers to submit sensitive, personal information, you might post that in the linked thread.

I placed a order last week with a tobacco flavor. It went thru fine without extra verification. One thing that could be noted: is it possible they ask folks out of the country or anything that may be suspect to them?
