Let's be very careful where we go with this folks. While MFS may be aware of the issue, it's not a foregone conclusion that they're responsible for the breach, nor do we know that a breach occurred within the servers under their control. If this occurred with their payment processor, MFS is totally innocent in this and folks need to stop tossing their name around.

I'very ordered from them before and never had a problem. However any business that has these problems on a recurring basis is not doing it's job protecting its customers. Even if it is at the processors end, not using better processor falls on them.

I have been very lucky and never had my cards compromised. Unfortunately now I have had both my cards compromised. I was 99% sure it was purchases from My Freedoms Smokes since that is the only place I ordered something with both the cards that were compromised. After reading this I am more at 100% sure. They are local and I like that. Unfortunately after this it would almost take an act of god for me to use them again. It may not be their fault, but after researching. They have had problems for years. Plus no notifications to me or any customers. Not saying they are a bad company. I am saying that, if true, they have not solved their problems and are not stepping up to the plate to inform customers. I know it is bad advertising to admit there is a problem. Hiding your head in the sand will lose my business as well as many many other faster and more permanent. I know that nothing online is 100% safe. I am going to notify them of my experience. Just a FYI for them, because the bad taste in my mouth from this will have my business somewhere else. As well as many others. No matter whos fault it is.
