I think you are right in the top with your customer service and interaction with fellow ECF users. Your contests promote way more interaction between yourself and those posting then almost any other. I have come to think of your online store as a nice crossover between the local B&Ms and the super site online stores.

I agree. Bruce worries more about delivery times and how the product works when you get it than any other vendor I have ever bought from.

That's why I put his banner in my signature. It's because he really goes above and beyond for his customers!

Thanks RG I appreciate that as I just think of myself as a fellow vaper more than a vendor, didnt get into vape sales to get rich but to try and get wanted products out to fellow vapers as less expensive as i could and as a fellow consumer I want good CS and quick shipping myself.

drives me crazy when I see "shipping label created" then a day later I see "picked up at/by" and then 4 days later its out for delivery.... 1 state away.
I get my orders to the east coast 1 or 2 days quicker.
I personally take my orders to the post office and usually w/i one to a couple of hours after the order is placed depending on how busy I am that day.
I know that when people here in the Arizona ( the valley and most of the state) order from me its a 24 hour period to their mailbox.

best time to order from me is between 3pm and 9am M-Sat. Arizona time (Arizona has its own time zone and we never do daylight savings) as the order will go out first thing in the morning. and yes I do Saturday post office runs I know many shops wont ship a Friday thru Monday order until Monday afternoon :blink:

I dont meant to toot my own horn but stuff like that matters to me so I know its a + for my customers

Bruce isn't kidding, he really does run to the post office right after you order from him, and your orders get to you very quickly!

Runs to the post office? I thought he lived there. I got my Kanger Subtank Mini (disclaimer: I won it) faster than a bunch of juice I ordered from a different vendor and paid for.

I would really also like an I stick because I don't know anyone that has one that doesn't like it.

Just wanted to note that the Horehound that I have is TFA. Was looking at some earlier and they were calling it black licorice and doubt that is the same thing.

Supposed to warm here a bit and we are to get rain/ice.... I prefer snow.

Bruce tends to dither over packages.... I had one that took the scenic route once and thought he was going to explode before it arrived.

just a question for all entered in the contest do you experience other vendors, ecf or elsewhere that interact with customers, fellow vapers or customers to the degree that I would like to think that I do? just curious

I would agree with all the people who have placed you at or near the top of the list for interaction. It's always good to learn about the person (or people) behind the products you are purchasing, I think. It also helps in the sale: when I consider an item for purchase, the vendors I check first are those with whom I've dealt with in the past. I think to myself, "I wonder if so-and-so has it on their site," and check those sites first. Price is important, yes, but I'm willing to spend a little more if I know that the person (assuming there is a person--with some of these sites, you'd never know) selling it to me will stand behind what they're selling and would be willing to work through any problem, should one arise.

All of that said, I know I have not purchased from you in the past, Bruce, but now that I've gotten to know you (both through this and the last contest, as well as on the chat thread), it's only a matter of time before I find enough loose change in the seat cushions for me to go shopping again... :)

That just goes to prove what a precarious position as former smokers, we are in. It doesn't take much to push many of us over the edge and if the politicians really cared about our health, they would do everything possible to make it easy for us to keep on vaping.

Perhaps that is one of the biggest arguments for keeping vaping legal. Sure, people can quit with aids or even cold-turkey, but if cigarettes are still around (and, let's face it, they're not going away--at least in our lifetimes), the potential for relapse will always be there. There are days when I don't or can't vape as much as I normally do and I manage to get through those days much more easily than I did when I smoked. This leads me to occasionally wonder how long I'd could go without vaping--and I think, possibly in a self-delusional state, that it might be possible--but only if I had the ability to fall back on it in times of need. Circumstances change, and in times of stress--as we all know--it's easy to fall back into old habits. I'd really rather be able to fall back to vaping, if push comes to shove, than to smoking.

That's the kind of guy Bruce is. He really cares about his customers, even when it is something they won. :)

Yeah, he got really upset when one of mine decided to take a tour of Idaho!!! Normally mine go straight from Arizona to Maine with no stops in between, but that one decided to take the scenic route.

Post something funny that happened to you

Well I really didn't think it was funny at the time but I would say about 4 yrs ago my husband wanted me to quit smoking...but I really didn't want to...I had been smoking for way too many years than I would like to think about. Anyway, I am on the internet and saw a great big add for e cig to try for free...$10,99 shipping. I didn't even know what e cig were...never saw one in person but I figured why not try it because the charger included was worth $10.99. So I waited anxiously for my cig to come..I was so excited. About 2 weeks later I get my cig and it came with 5 cartridges and a case and charger. I took one drag of this and I was amazed...could this really be???? So I get my credit card bill at the end of the month for $129.00. It wasn't that good so I get on the phone with the company ..cig.. And complain but of course they are sorry but will send me a free 5 pack of carts in all different flavors. I was fuming but still was kind of enjoying my cig. And thought maybe I could quit with this cute little thing. So the next month I get 5 more carts and a credit card bill for another $50. Now I'm thinking this cig tastes like crap and called them and they said it was part of the deal that I would get 5 carts every month which they said each cart was a carton of cigarettes and that only came to$10/carton and besides you could not get the cartridges anywhere else that would fit my little ecig and they would give me a deal that I would get the cartridges for $15 each month....ok, I fell for it. The next month my bill was $40. I got on the phone and called them again and the extra money was for shipping and handling. I told them they could shove their e cig where the sun don't shine and ii cancelled my credit card. What a fiasco and I never fall for things like that but I was so addicted to cigs and I thought this was the only way I could quit and that's what they were counting on. I still have that little e cig and 5 cartridges that I am going to frame one day. Who would have thought that 4 years down the line that all this wonderful vaping supplies would be available to us and I sure do hope that it's not taken all away again.......well that's my story and it wasn't pretty...lol

There are a couple of vendors on here that participate in their home threads pretty regularly. I have to say, reading through this thread and seeing your interaction with everyone has impressed me! I like knowing the vendors I buy from, or will potentially buy from. Reading through this thread made me feel like I got to know you a little bit.

I remember hearing something about that. I sure am glad that I only paid about $88 for my first cigalike kit!!!

Do you know why a lot of vendors don't carry the e leaf melo. It looks like a nice sub tank and the reviews are good plus a nice reasonable price but they are not very plentiful. I have asked 2 local vape shops about them and they didn't even know what I was talking about....they kept on saying I meant lemo. But I thought eleaf put it out there for their I stick 30 and 50 so I am surprised my local vape shops didn't have them...or know anything about them....inquiring minds would like to know??????

it is surprising just what B&M know really. I guess it depends who you talk to and if they are into really looking at different products. Eleaf is one of the newest companies to get into vaping and so far each of their products have been awesome. I think they will be getting as big as the big boys real fast. I have heard alot about the eleaf melo and it does look like a pretty good tank system.
