Been vaping for a while now with all small size e-cigs - tired of constant battery changes and cartridge fills so I broke down and ordered a Trog Screwdriver MK II - What do you gurus recommend for atomizers for the screwdriver? This kit has the ability for the 901 and the 510 - what do you guys prefer? If you have a preference - please let me know where to purchase said items also.

I also have not been paying much attention to developments in vaping for the past 6 months or so - and I am seeing low resistance vs high resistance atomizers - can anyone tell me what is the difference in these various atomizers now?

I really appreciate any answers you guys post - After 30 years of being a 2 pack a day analog user - these things just may save my life.

Thanks again - and keep up all the great posts - this forum is a wealth of info.

I use regular 510 attys with my screwdriver with good results. Never used LR attys on it, but the batt is 900 mAh so I could if I wanted to. Even better, I find the 510 CE2/clearomizers/fluxomizers are really nice on it. I don't know how 3.2 ohms on 3.2 working volts could be anything but too weak, but I am continually amazed by this combo. Many say that the 3.0-3.2ohm CE2 cartos vape more like an LR atty, but frankly I've never had as good a flavor from any atty as I get from the CE2s. You can get 5 of them for about the price a single atty, and while they may not last as long, I have some I'm still using after several months, with regular cleaning.

The MKII is a nice 14500 mod, and was one of the first mods available. You can charge the batts in an external Li-ion charger, or I found out recently that with the 510 adapter on it you can use a regular 510 batt charger. I use my 5x 510 batt charger to charge mine this way.

Best of luck with the new PV and at least cutting back on the 40 analog/day habit! Enjoy, be patient with yourself, not everyone quits entirely immediately, and have fun with your new toy! :)
