Well I think there is a few people that recieved an order from him but dont think they were as big of an order like mine.

I also know a few people that placed a large order like mine but was a few days after I did so you could be right. I havnt done the research but I do think there can be a hefty customs fee if they open the package he might have bit off more than he can chew.

His website is still up and runnin so I hope thats not the case for anyone.

I think we will see some activity this coming week and hope after we all start getting the orders he would surface here with some kind of apology for ignoring so many people.

If he is legit then I kinda feel bad for the guy at this point he is in pretty deep.

I have others PM they also have orders going thru Newark today and my order has a departure scan out of Newark a few hours ago and it didnt say out for Delivery.

I worked for a Golf company part-time in the late 90's and we started a used golf bolf mail order promo and got over 20,000 multiple orders was so overwhelming it was a disaster for 6 months and almost destroyed the company with lawsuits etc...

I learned a big lesson about how handle Irate customer calls "Where the hell are my Balls"??? After a couple of months I wanted so bad to tell them where they can find thier Balls ROFL but the bottom line is you have to try and keep your customers happy. Try it at the tune of 45 on hold at a time. What a disaster!!!

Well here is the reply I received to my request for a tracking # or I would cancel the order:

sry for any delays.Your package was sent out yesterday and I will send you tracking nr tomorrow, because I am not in the office anymore.
You must be more patient, we know that we must ship faster, but we have about 50 orders in day and we just cant handle all that.

So we'll see what happens tomorrow

That's a good question!

The point is....you can't expect people to wait 2 weeks (or more) for an order to even ship. I have dealt with 4 other Chinese suppliers (plus several off of ebay) and have never seen anything like this. And what's worse is...they don't even keep you apprised of the status. Days go by and nothing...then you write and wait 3 or 4 more days to get a reply.

Good prices or not....this is for the birds. Others will crop up somewhere with just as good deals. We just gotta keep our eyes open, is all.

If they want all these orders, then get more help!

Well I haven’t been using my e-cig very long but I can tell you it’s a nightmare on getting the stuff I need. Out of 5 vendors that I order from, only two kept me in the loop and timely answered my emails and phone calls. You won’t know who they are because no one is complaining about them (hmmm wonder why).

Why isn’t there a usa manufacturer that can do it all? Make the device, carts and juice all in one place. Hell the usa car manufacturers should retool and make the e-cigarettes.

Yea, I’ll buy the Dodge Viper 901 with the manual switch.

Well guys all I can tell you for sure is the true Vapor King Rocks!!!

I been using my first cart/batt charge for a week. I dont smoke much so thats why it lasts me so long. The batt is actually still working but I figured its been a week so I should give it a good fresh charge.

The cart was starting to lose flavor after a week LOL at this rate I wont need to buy anything for a Looooong time especially since I purchased a Puresmoker juice sampler is on they way to refill these carts .

I also bought a Pilot with extras coming to compare

I should be getting everything this week so will be nice to see how all these toys compare.

I just sold my 2 year old hard drive camcorder on Ebay HurraY! it wasnt High Def and its time for an upgrade YippEE. After I buy a High Def camcorder will test it out with some reviews of all my ecig toys.

NOW UMM back to Pricegrabber looking for that free shipping/no tax with lowest price High Def camcorder deal HEHE.

Today is the moment of truth!!!

My package is here in Dallas and out for delivery

12 business days folks thats actually not to bad considering bestprice said there was a problem with the order. Now if he only knew the meaning of good customer service this could have been a completely different experience for all of us.

I will say this was my first & last order with you bestprice there isnt a coupon code you could give to change my mind.

I dont care if the price is right vs. the shipping I hope you understand no hard feelings but I would rather place my own Bulk Order with the manufacturer if this is the service you are going to provide.

Will keep you all posted on how everything goes dont worry I will take pics I got a new Digi Cam and will do HD videos soon after I figure out which model I want LOL.

Will report back after my shipment arrives.

I have to say I am impressed with them though and at the price they're a bargain even with the $20 shipping fee. The boxes are labelled KR808D-1.

Our UPS sux they dont come till end of the day and do the pet detective beat down on all my packages has always been that way no matter where I live. Like I said earlier in this thread one of my first Ebay sale items I shipped UPS and they destroyed it LOL.

Mine all arrived in one piece. It was only a small order with 2 kits in a box and some extra cartridges. The kits are in fairly robust boxes as well. I see they took the silver and black ones off of their website now. Interesting to see what you get.

The quality control cards in the boxes were dated 20th March 2009 in mine so they are fresh off of the production line.

Speaking of the boxes I was thinking about the pics on bestprice site for these had the logo "DT" in baby blue the pics are no longer there for that item.
