I tried ordering from them, but, after accepting my personal information, including my credit card information, they "deemed" me to be untrustworthy. Why? you may ask. Seemingly it is company policy that only customers who live within the boundaries of the US of A can be trusted for the purpose of a credit card transaction.
I 'phoned them (from Europe) and had the company policy explained to me. The polite and pleasant helpdesk agent told me that for an extra $20 on top of the shipping charges she could arrange to send me the $12 items. I demured.
I e-mailed them asking for assurances that they would delete my name, address and credit card information from their database(s). They didn't reply, so I presume that this sort of information harvesting is also company policy.
I have bought 2 Provari mods and a Kabuki plus extras with my credit card without problems. My BV Solara and 3 BV
tanks are being replaced with products from vendors who trust me.
My advice is therefore "caveat emptor"
