Big Buddha kayfun-ish dual-coil RBA, original EHPro product - Looks pretty legit.

do you mean on the bottom or top of the insulator?
On the top you need to align it before tightening it down.
on the bottom, there is the large round hole, but I felt it was blocking some of the flow so I widened mine to have a better air flow. I can get some pictures next time I break it down, but that won't be for another week or so. Maybe someone else can get them up faster.

Bottom of the insulator. I thought the large round hole in the insulator was for the center pin to screw through and into the metal positive block?

I'm asking because it seems like my airflow is severely blocked right now for some reason and I'm thinking this could be the culprit.

the center hole is for the screw. I'm talking about once you remove the insulator. under that is a big open hole, like maybe 10 mm round. It's where your air flow holes go to, and your positive screw goes up through there.
I doubt there would be a problem under there, you have to pry the insulator out.
It sounds like your positive block might be misaligned, or a blocked airhole. The easiest test I can think of is remove your afc screws. Other than that you'll need to break it down.

Thanks for all the usefull information guys. I used to have ( and still have) the kayfun 3.1 and was getting along fine with it, other than my failing eyesight which made it difficult to rebuild. Then I bought the e huge mod after the Tesla mod broke so wanted something more akin to the 28 mm diameter of the mod. So step in the big Buddha tank and its massive deck. It was so easy to build compared with the kayfun but leaking issues had started from the day I started with it. I noticed that always one of the coils that I had made was always glowing less than the other so assumed that they were off different ohmage. I made subsequent coils the same from then on and things improved. But still it leaked badly. I was losing a mill of juice every tank and my top pocket of my jacket looked like it was incontinent. So I came on here and looked at this thread. I used to rebuild the deck as I would have with the kayfun but now after reading this thread I totally leave the juice channels clear whereas before I was wicking cotton wool just above the juice channels on the kayfun. I now keep all my cotton wool wicking to the side of the terminals and out of the channels and boy what a difference it has made. Today I noticed a tiny dew drop of juice coming out of one of the air holes, but that is nothing to what I was losing previously. So thanks again guys you are lifesavers and now the tank is vaping famously

Finally got the Buddha to work for me today. Watched some more vids and drilled out both air holes to 2.5 mm and the insulator to 3mm. Did a 6 turn 0.8 mm flat wire wrap on a 3 mm drill bit (giving 0.6 ohms) and used 4 inches if organic cotton wool.stuffing the cotton wool right onto the juice channels seams to be working out without signs of leaking. The vape is just great with 7 second lung hit draws. Vapour production is just immense. flavour is great on the exhale. This tank just rocks my world
