We all know that your customer service and shipping time is exceptional. I have a feeling that there was a lot more to his emails that you haven't told us for you to include that last sentence. There are some people that are so miserable, that no one can please them.
Yeah well, I didn't want to disclose his full e-mails to us for privacy. Let's just say the insults that preceded the first reply were nasty. It reminds me of when I used to work at Miami International Airport, where your job was in the hands of every single customer. One of my friends that used to work at a local coffee shop inside there got a write up because a customer was having a bad day, made up a story about her being rude to him when he interrupted the customer at the cashier she was attending to ask "What kind of oil is used to fry these chips?", and sent it at 10:00 PM to the restaurant's e-mail. That kind of situation is quite uncomfortable.
