We all know that your customer service and shipping time is exceptional. I have a feeling that there was a lot more to his emails that you haven't told us for you to include that last sentence. There are some people that are so miserable, that no one can please them.

Yeah well, I didn't want to disclose his full e-mails to us for privacy. Let's just say the insults that preceded the first reply were nasty. It reminds me of when I used to work at Miami International Airport, where your job was in the hands of every single customer. One of my friends that used to work at a local coffee shop inside there got a write up because a customer was having a bad day, made up a story about her being rude to him when he interrupted the customer at the cashier she was attending to ask "What kind of oil is used to fry these chips?", and sent it at 10:00 PM to the restaurant's e-mail. That kind of situation is quite uncomfortable.

So let me share this as I like to share everything with my minions! :D

There's nothing worse between finishing the remaining amount of orders than getting an e-mail from a customer with a bad attitude, who did not read the home page's info regarding the last orders of the 50% discount or the "Shipping Times" section, rudely asking us what was going on and threatening to cancel his order. I replied:

"Dear Steven,

If you take a look at our shipping times on our site, it says to allow 24-72 hours of processing during big discount sales (such as the 50% sale) to cope with the extra workload and orders, and within 24 hours when no sales are running. Please make sure to actually look at the information we provide on our site before making such assumptions and sending such hostile messages.

Then he replies beginning with: "Did you just send such a rude reply to a PAYING customer?" *facepalm* Since when does being a paying customer entitles you to being rude? Then after a bunch of insults directed at us, I finished it by cancelling and fully refunding his order as he already had stated he'd not be doing business with us anymore, so in a way I saved him money.

Folks like him need to understand, we are not a big corporation with robot-like customer service reps answering e-mails and mass producing pre-steeped e-juice. We are a small business that handcrafts each bottle, and won't sacrifice quality/errors for speed. More importantly, I'm human, I'm not some static emotionless entity. Bionic Vapor is a family, we love talking with you all and helping you out as much as we can, but if you mistreat us or any of our members, we don't want your business.
probably wouldn't be able to publish what I would have told him.

As I've already bought flavor concentrate from him, and am pretty sure he doesn't use cinnamon in anything, thought he might have gotten one as a sample. might as well make a buck on it rather than it sitting there till somebody knocks it off the shelf and it breaks. lol

Moving away from that, we've got a little treat coming. Yes, it hasn't been even three days since the end of the 50% sale, but it's coming oh it's coming. :)lol:)

Celebrating our two month anniversary, we'll be once again updating all of our prices to a 25% discounted value. This sale does not have (for now) an ending date, we are going to let it travel as far as we can take it :D. It'll be live by midnight :)

Still getting a really weird burnt flavor out of CD. Gonna finish this tank then let it steep. It's in a mini PT2, 2.2ohm and 6 watts.

I've been vaping my CA non-stop since I got it. I've yet to get a burnt taste. I'm using a Sigelei 20W, a KFL+ with a 1.8ohm single coil at 10 watts...no problem.

It's fine if it's just a mouth inhale/exhale, but as soon as it gets inhaled to my lungs, the exhale is horrible.

Hm...odd. Have not gotten any other feedback like that. I've only gotten six folks that have sent me reviews of it since it's been fairly recent, but their feedback was favorable. Keep me updated. :)
