people are still hitting the 15M threads asking about runner ups - me thinks it's gonna take some time for them to sort it all out

I think it also all depends on how the runner ups are selected.... are they going off of posts near the winning post or are they establishing a few milestones after the fact (every 10,000 posts afterward, trophy points, etc.?).

It wasn't announce anyplace I seen on what the method would be. Just that pm's would be sent to those that got it. So I'll just wait to see if I get a pm.

I know there was some sort of subcontest that was held with people guessing day/time the 15th million post was reached, but that is the only one I know of. Of course, I found out afterward...

I got in on that one but my guess was about 7 hours too early. They haven't given the time of the 15M post so don't know that winner either.
Kinda funny watching folks still going nuts over it all.

They never said how the other winners would be picked. They could go 100 posts later or 1000 posts, there were enough prizes for probably 20 people to be really happy.

I know for a fact that this pic was my post right before one of USMC's posts, at about 6:57 am... I could be famous as the 14,999.999!
