"Blu" has absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and I mean HORRIBLE!!!

I ordered a starter kit from them a few weeks ago (my first E-Cig kit actually.)

Problem 1.) My cartomizers were missing from the order...when I called in to request to have them sent to me I was basically accused of lying to get extra cartomizers for free. I had to escalate the problem all the way up to a manger in the shipping department and wait for a call back days later to get them replaced.

Problem 2.) Last week both of my batteries just died, they would not charge and they would not hold a charge. I set up a RMA with Blu, I returned the batteries back at my expense and was told I would receive NEW batteries...yea right! I received the batteries this morning in the mail and both batteries are all scratched up like someone put them in a garbage disposal and flipped the switch! When I called in to complain about this I was told that they do not send out new batteries, only refurbished batteries and that they were "sorry" that I was not happy with my replacement!

Are you serious?

You send me batteries that look like they just came back from a war and you tell me you are sorry that I'm not happy with them? LOL! I ask to speak to a supervisor and of course there was no supervisor available...how convenient for them! Then they tell me I have to return these batteries all over again, pay more for shipping them back to them and go through this all over again! Instead of them doing the right thing and just sending me out new batteries and having me return the defective replacements at my convenience, they want to put me through all of this all over again...unbelievable!

So I had to agree for them to put in a request to have a supervisor call me back within 48 hours...they claim that the supervisors only come in at 4PM...yea right and I just fell off a turnip truck this morning!
I think this company is the worst company I've ever done business with and they definitely prove their bad track record on the internet when it comes to customer service. Their product is great, but their service is beyond lousy! I even told the girl that I would be embarrassed to work there and have to treat customers like this and that her job must suck lol...she goes "well I'm sorry you feel that way sir'" and I said yea I'm sorry you are such a ........click!

I'm so fueled up about this right now...
