How did you put the batteries in? If it's the box I'm thinking, it's parallel configuration.
A box like this? Find the Tuglyfe Unregulated Box Mod by Flawless Online Here - Viper Vape

Edit: You put them in with positive side up on both batteries? I'd say batteries in wrong too. Either that, or the wrapper on the batteries were all torn up and it caused a short

Glad to see that you're finally asking, but it's a bit late in the game isn't it?
A lot of things come to mind as possibles.
Were they a matched pair of batteries?
    Were they equally charged?
Did you have your hand on the fire button?
    Was the button stuck?
I can add to the list ad-infinitum if you'd like.

But ..... I'd just like to know how you know that your coil was 0.19 ohms?

    add:
trying to remove venting batteries is a little redundant. Once they go thermal, you can't turn them on & off.

Yes they were matching and charged evenly . I didn't hit fire button could of been stuck idk . And I have a ohm reader ? That's how I kno what ohms it was I always check my ohms . And I removed the batteries cuz I was like in shock and thought it was gonna explode so tried removing them to stop the fire in my house and get them outside without them blowing up on the run to the door . Idk all I kno is I didn't expect them to just light up in flames in

I don't like bashing people on here at all, but i remember reading a thread of some people, especially
@dbrandt01 trying to teach you safety(And he called this).. You just wanted "Big Clouds".. So I'm guessing you were not being Safe or Smart at this.. I'm sorry to come off like this and that you had to experience this.. But research IS required.. Don't rush into something to be "Cool" its not worth it..

Glad you are Okay and that it wasn't worse!

if there was no short with the first battery, and the problem occurred when you put the second battery in, sounds like you accidentally put in the second battery upside down, causing instant discharge.

It's a mistake that's easy to make with flattops batteries.,

^^ Could have very well been, Especially when tired and frustrated trying to get something to finally work.. Like I said, hate bashing(More of a wake up call) but now you will know to be more careful.. Everyone has accidents, but when things go wrong its good to know WHY they did without having to ask unless its something you already know in a sense...

Doesn't matter how experienced I am , I put the 2nd batterie In and it just lit up could of been batterie upside down but I 90% sure it wasn't that . And how isn't it smart and safe doing a .19 build and put it on and didn't even hit the fire button . But anyways idc it's done with my local shop said I can send it to flawless to get new or it fixed ? I got couple other tugs and mechs to use but still sucks

If I bought a box as new and there was corrosion in it I would take it back and demand a new box or my money back. The box itself could have had a short, just add batts and kablooey.

EVERYONE who vapes should have a fire extinguisher in the house (the type that puts out litium ion type fires, not the regular kind).

Ask your fire department guys to recommend one. I have one for regular fires and also one for this, I "think" it is a type D, but dn't quote me on that.

(the regular kind is Type A.....type D is for metals)

No idea why I never see this posted on the forum. Get a fire extinguisher for batteries~
