Brand New Clearo Would Not Fire

I just ordered several new clearos when they came back into stock.

My blue one just would not fire. I tried it on several different batteries, still nothing, no connection. Out of desperation, I grabbed my crochet hook (using the bottom, not the hook end) and attempted to push the center tube down just a little bit. Voila! It worked!

So if this happens to you, try pushing down the center tube just a smidge.

That may actually be better than pulling up the battery post! I would never have thought of that. It does sound easier and safer doing that instead.

Thanks, Awsum -- I actually thought about pulling up the battery post, but I didn't want to mess it up, plus all my other clearos fit perfectly.

This is a good tip and can happen on the center pin of anything, cartos, clearos, rba's, etc..etc...

Messing with the post on the bat or PV is never a good idea.

CS has been awesome for me. I ordered a few nano's my first go around of ordering (being a noob and getting past my 401 starter kit from elsewhere) and one didn't work right. They replaced it with lightning speed.. I didn't have to send it back and now that I have a couple weeks of vaping under my belt - I have discovered the problem. On that center tube where there are two little holes - this one has no holes. I still have it sitting on the desk in case it ever has to go back -- the message I got about sending it back hit me like.. no need to return it right now so just in case.. I have it.
So far, in the vaping world, all the customer service folks have been great.
