I have googled and googled and googled and I cannot fix this situation. I have a Stingray Clone and part of the fire button got stuck. I cannot get it out for the life of me. I have tried the freezer, rubber bands, rubber kitchen grips, pliers, I can't get it unstuck. I have attached pictures. If you have any ideas on how to help me I would appreciate the feedback.

The second picture is looking at the mod from inside, top to bottom (I unscrewed the other parts of the fire button) and the third picture is looking from the bottom of the fire button.

Thanks!

If you go to a hardware store they have a tool used to remove broken pipe. (usually sprinkler pipe). It is tappered and you put it into the inner part and twist it out. I'm not sure it will fit though. Another try would be to put the whole thing in the freezer and then take a torch and heat the mod tube while using channel locks or something like that. Quite the bind you got there lady. Sucks!

Right on! I'm always happy to help. You could just use a lighter. The theory is that the freezer makes the metal contract and then you heat up the tube which will expand with the heat, while the piece inside stays cold and small. Sounds good in theory:confused: Let me know if it works.

It's hopeless! I'm sad! I went to Home Depot and got these drill bits the guy thought would help take the part out. I got the part out but the drill bit got stuck inside. My dad, not knowing there were threads on the outer edge of the piece, started using pliers to try and get the drill bit out, which in turn ruined the threads. One dead mod. AHHHHHH time for a glass of wine.
