I'm as big of fan as ever! I just haven't called in a while, since pretty much doubled my workload, and don't get to listen live a whole bunch anymore. The guys are the best..... I also got away from the boards....wasn't doing much positive for me.

They didn't get to the update yesterday, but may have today. I will post any more discussions as they happen.

That's not good. It's pretty much what all of the health orgs are saying will happen. It will get not smokers to start or people who have quite to start up again. I hope they at least send zero nic.

That said, these guys are definitely the "people's hammer", and will stand by what is right whether it goes against the grain or not....and he GETS THINGS DONE. The gum is dangerous but legal- thats why I dont get whats the big deal with liquid nic carts/bottles.
I was only a pack a day smoker- when I did the gum I was using almost two packs equivalence of nic a day. I got *more addicted to nic when using the gum. On my PV I am down to low nic, and sometimes use no nic. Also, did you guys know that the gum was taxed when cigs were taxed recently? I don't know if that happened everywhere, but my gum was $23 a box before the tax hit, and $28 after it hit. Absurd. You cant afford to quit if the gum is as high as smokes....they have you by the overies and/or male dangly parts either way.

That's funny but You're right,
and that's exactly where they want you!.

That's also precisely why the gum and patches ,etc. are legal.
They gotta' get theirs , before you gotta' get yours.

Not to mention that none of the legal (regulated ...haha)
cessation aids work nearly as well as e-cigs...I know...I've tried them ALL.
Just hang in there and we'll all find a way around anything they throw at us.

Nicotine CAN be extracted from (legal) tobacco leaves and added to (legal) PG and VG if necessary

Thanks slidejob, I knew this was the avenue to go. As I said before, Bubba tells it like it is. Being a now e smoker and off the analogs, I knew that these things cannot be legally advertised as a smoking secession device but like it or not (Big tobacco and pharm) These things work. Just look at the banner in my signature. (Yeah Baby Proud of it!) And look at all the others that have it or just the comments from others that are on their way. Bubba will uncover and open it to a country wide debate. Has done it before and as he is finding out like you hear on his audio that these things work. If there is a ban, You will here it louldly on the Bubba the love sponge show.

Thanks for the uploads and links , I found out about Bubba , Brent,Manson ,Ned haha Spice,25,and the rest of the bunch when they signed on to Howard 101...been a Stern listener since 1980.
I'm in California so I have only the Sirius rebroadcasts that start at noon here , I can't call in anymore and I didn't get to hear the show at all today...Thanks again!
