i THINK THERE IS MORE THAN THAT, THEY HAVE ADDED A DIFFERENT TOP CAP INSIDE AND NO MORE LEAKAGE PLUS I DON'T THINK THEY ARE USING GLUE ANYMORE EITHER

These should have the PTB type of material already in them or in the package. If it isn't there it's a R3. Can someone please confirm this is there?

Hope this helps everyone out that has questions about are they really V4's. I have completely destroyed one making sure they are what they say they are.

So you're saying they're mixing v3 models with v4 orders?

No I only order V4 XL's and V3 Reg's but got 1 V3 and 2 V4 reg's TOTALLY not complaining there as the v4s are nice.
Shipping is a flat $6 regardless of what you order (at least that what it appears) plus 10% off guess you can't go too wrong here..
BTW there Caramel is to die for.
