I LOVE vaping! Like so many, I've been getting flavor dropoff with my favs.

Quite by accident I've found a cleansing drink (for me)... Red Eye, Red Beer, Poor Man's Bloody Mary... whatever it's called in your section of the country.

Was watching the Rays and got a hankerin' for a beer and some v8 Spicy Hot. Two or three ounces of the V8 SH and a can of beer, good to go. When I took a drag of my FSUSA Vanilla Bourbon, WHOA, got the full flavor that I originally fell in love with. It must of been the acid in the V8, 'cause I drink beer, coffee, water and ginger ale with no noticeable improvements in my vape flavor.

BTW, NO, I'm not looking for a 'red beer' ejuice . Just was wonderin' if ya'll have found a 'cleanser' for your max flav vape?

I have tried numerous things and i think my pallet is just screwed.I can brush my teeth,Gargle with mouth wash,Lemon drinks, etc etc and nothing changes it all taste the same or very best slight difference.i have yet to find anything that works yet Still trying though

I think my only option is to go double or triple flavor on my juices to Fully taste them,as even with Premium juices from Respected Vendors i have a hard time getting a taste for them they all just kind of blend together.I believe someone could switch my juice to a unflavored ejuice and i probably would not even notice:(

Ice water works for me. But yes something bitter or tart/acidic will then bring out a sweet juice. I alternate 2 flavors. I actually carry two ecigs, one with a sweet flavor, often a blend of my fave vanillas like BWB Vanilla Bean, Tasty Vapor Butter Cream, Gourmet Vapor vanillarum, and one a dark barely sweet very cocoa tobacco. Sometimes I pick up the one ecig, sometimes the other.

Do you find that since vaping you crave less consumables? (eating/drinking/etc)...and/or drink more water?

I use to be the poster boy for midnight snacking. Since I started vaping, I've lost a couple of pounds and you Crunchy Cheetos fans have more on da grocery store shelves now.

Still haven't found a favorite re-hydration liquid yet.

I have three main flavors and when one starts to taste funky or lose flavor, I alternate until my tongue adapts to that and then go to the third. Sometimes I will switch it up and do flavor 1, 3, 2... etc etc. Nothing "restores" my ability to taste one flavor except this method. The flavors are IkenVape RY4 24mg, Digitalciggz Subzero Menthol 24mg, and recently IkenVape Cherry Twist 18mg ("beta" testing / not available on his site). It usually only takes several hours to one day and my tongue is fine.

I have my fave (cinnimon roll) and even though it is a strong flavor it too sometimes loses its flavor if I vape it exclusively for too long. I just switch the flavor for an hour or so to one of my pallet cleansers (black licorice or mint/menthol) and when I go back to cinni it tastes fresh again.
I used to vape vanilla exclusively and as my taste buds have 'healed' I find I no longer find it palatable. I like flavors that 'bite back' now. Strong and not too smooth.

I've found a glass of water and a stick of peppermint gum to be a good palate cleanser. I was getting cotton mouth like crazy the first few days of vaping. All the flavors I bought were tasting horrible and I was getting frustrated. I popped in a stick of gum and drank a bottle of water and it's made a huge difference.

I have vaping for almost five months now and am still having taste bud issues. Not as bad as when I first started but still am. It comes and goes now unlike when I first started and couldn't tasste anyhting non matter what I tired. I even bought a lot of different pv's thinking the pv was the problem. Still no luck. I started finding vendors who sell the extra double and triple flavoring and that seemd to help I still do that when my buds go on the blink. Drinking lots of water helps along with brushing my teeth three or four times a day. I noticed eating hot or spicy foods helps a lot too. I don't know all the vendors that use the exra flavoring but the ones I use are Bombayvaping, Freedomsmokeusa, TVR(the vaporroom) ........... and Gourmetvapors One more thought is too buy the DIY flavoring to boost the flavor of the e-juices you alreayds have. I have bought quite a bit of flavoring and am now making my own juices to suit my sleeping taste buds.
