I would of guessed the first by the tone in your first post, however I dont think it comes in stainless ATM, but I could be wrong. I have boiled it down to the VAMO or this

Having had both, you could break either. I think the buttons or the top connection would be the things to break on a vamo if dropped and landed wrong.

For me, I just don't like the rattlesnakey vape of Vamos or Zmax's. The evic has a better screen and I like the vape better but is somewhat limited in power (5v/11W/2.5amp) though you won't be hitting 15w or 6 volts on a vamo without stacking batteries.

If you don't have a mod that uses separate batteries now, you will need a charger and at least on battery for the vamo, the evic essentially comes with both.

Honestly, if you are not into high power (5v+ or 10w+) vaping, I would get the evic, if not, I would actually skip the Vamo and get a Stainless Sigelei Zmax. That's just styling preference though, the new version stainless Vamos are pretty nice.

1. Would you purchase it again?

Definitely

2. About how long the battery last before needing a charge? ( I have to recharge my twist during the day to make it last)

Stock battery lasts me all day at least, maybe two and they sell a bigger 3400? Mah now.

3. What is the best delivery setup you use on it?

Idk about the best but I use my novas and love it

4. How's the durability of it?

6700 puffs with no issues

5. What battery running?

Stock 18650 at home and some aw imr 18350's when out

Also, you can change almost all the settings on the device without a computer. I set up the MVR VW on the computer. That's where the wattage changes mid puff if you aren't familiar. You can turn that setting on or off on the device but can't set it up.

I would have posted that regardless of whether I owned a ProVari or not. Don't be so thin skinned.

The top connection on a Vamo is durable and not likely to break. I have broken a Vamo, and yes, the buttons are it's weak point. The Vamo essentially has a floating circuit board, (it's not secured by milled in slots or anything, just a glued in retaining clip) if it drops and lands on the buttons, it can cause the circuit board to rotate left or right, which drops the buttons into the cavity of the Vamo. If you can't realign it from the bottom, then the top cap must be removed. Sometimes it's easy, and other times, virtually impossible. My assembler ate his Wheaties before putting mine together, so I had to write that Vamo off as a loss. Aside from the button issue, I heartily recommend a Vamo. If I'd know then what I know now, I would have been able to fix that Vamo. I did replace that Vamo with both a ProVari and another Vamo. Both Vamos were stainless steel, and I have had not any issues with the replacement Vamo.

The only thing I really dont like about the Zmaxx and Provari is the single button operating system. That seems very redundant to me and annoying. If the Z had 3 buttons like a VAMO I would be all over it without a doubt, bc I think they look pretty classy

Why so defensive. I was merely making banter with you. Thanks for the input on the Vamo though.

In what scenario would need to go over the eVic's limitations, I am still unsure what I would need to go that high on any setting

I am thinking about purchasing and eVic and I am curious to see what the people who own them think about them. So I have a couple of questions to ask you.

1. Would you purchase it again?
2. About how long the battery last before needing a charge? ( I have to recharge my twist during the day to make it last)
3. What is the best delivery setup you use on it?
4. How's the durability of it?
5. What battery running?

Thanks ahead of time, and please keep the Provari "propaganda" to a minimum

1. Yes
2. With 18650 2 days; 18350 about a day.
3. I love my AGA-T on it. But works well with just about anything I've put on it.
4. I have had mine for a month now any no issues. I work outside all day any carry it everywhere and have had no issues.
5. Samsung 18650 / 2600 that it came with and several different 18350's

On a side note, I got the bOd by Leo and LOVE it! I really wasn't feeling the brushed aluminum finish, and I enjoy the options in battery's and size.

1.yes
2. 2 days heavy vape
3. Aga t

1. Yes, I would purchase it again... in fact I am going to purchase a second one to have as a back up.
2. Generally a I can go two days between recharges using the standard 2600Mah battery supplied with the kit. I am planning on getting the new 3400Mah batteries when I get the second eVic.
3. So far the best delivery for me comes from the Kanger T3. I am not incredibly happy with it though. I am going to give the VapeOnly BCC's a shot and if those don't do better I will start tinkering around with RBA's and/or rewicking/recoiling the Kangers. MY biggest issue with the Kanger is the coils don't last as long as I would like and, to me, they have a slightly muted flavor. This is probably due to the silica wicks they use which is why I am researching rewicking with cotton.
4. For me durability is great so far. Dropped mine 3 times on a ceramic tile floor from about 3 feet up and have had no issues with anything. My wife however dropped hers on a hardwood floor from about 3 feet and broke the black plastic housing on the head. She says it works just fine but has to put duct tape on it to keep it from falling apart. She hasn't decided if she will get a new one or get something else... she's a bit of a klutz so replacing stuff for her gets expensive (3 laptops in one year people...no more coffee for her)
5. Battery is the standard Samsung 2600Mah it came with.

I've had my eVic for about a month now.

1. I would definitely buy again.
2. I run around 8.5-10.5 watts throughout the day and i've never gotten below 40% in a day.
3. I used a Vivi Nova for the first several weeks and got outstanding results. I am now running a terminator c with 30g kanthal @2ohms and getting insane results.
4. Feels solid and I'm not afraid of breaking anything at this point. Not something i would want to drop, but its tipped over on the table a few times with no issues.
5. Stock 2600mAh icr18650 battery. I will probably upgrade to the 3400mAh battery at some point.

Overall im very happy with it. V. 1.2 was a nice change from the 1.1 software which shows me Joye is listening.

Just finished watching the video, the price for the full kit made me choke a little, but that is very nice work, very nice indeed. I've added it to my wish list. :)

Had mine a month or so:
1. Yes
2.With the supplied 18650, all day. With the 18350 short configuration, most of the day (6 hours or so.)
3. The Innokin iclear 30 tank mainly, also Kanger Evod.
4. Dropped the short 18350 on concrete from waist level and got a few dings but it survived.
5. 18350 mainly for pocket size, 18650 for home use

1. Yes, for me personally it was a decision between the Zmax or the eVic at the time. While I do sometimes crave more power I absolutely love the digital display and ease of use that the screen provides. Even now I don't know if I will like the Provari's (which i'm considering getting) 2 digit LED display.

2. My battery typically lasts me 3 days before NEEDING a charge.

3. I use cartos, kanger MT3's, RBA dripper (octopus), ViVi Novas, and RBAs. Prefer them in this order. :)

4. Scratched the finish already but it just gave me the excuse to get it carbon fiber wrapped haha.

5. The standard one it comes with.

note: the voltage ring does sometimes get stuck and it just keeps going up in voltage.

1. Would you purchase it again?
Yes, solid upgrade from my 3.7v egos and variable voltage ego-v. Won't break the bank. You can charge it from the unit.
2. About how long the battery last before needing a charge? ( I have to recharge my twist during the day to make it last)
I'm a light vaper, so my 2600 mah lasted about 3 days.
3. What is the best delivery setup you use on it?
Carto and tank. I wish I had a rebuildable.
4. How's the durability of it?
Not sure, haven't dropped it. It doesn't have any scratches though. I like that it's matte so that it would be harder to get scratches and finger prints.
5. What battery running?
samsung 2600mah that it came with.

FYI: if anyone is interested I have had my eVic for about 2 months with light use, since I'm a light vaper. I'm willing to sell it since my girlfriend bought me a Provari for our anniversary on march 2nd. Like I said, no scratches or anything. It'll come with everything it came with including box, instructions, usb cable, battery, entire unit. If you feel safer doing business on ebay I can list it. Just let me know if anyone has any interest.
