Calling all ex-smokers.... how long since your last cigarette?

7+ years .. & ECF was a BIG part of it.
The knowledge enthusiastically shared on the forum was instrumental in being able to discover & use the right kind of hardware for effectively replacing tobacco.

Coming up on 11 years come August. I was one of the lucky ones who put down the smokes as soon as I had an ecig in my hand. I was determined never to smoke again and didn't. I did keep an unopened pack of cigs in my kitchen drawer, but I soon forgot all about them until the day they were in my way and I through them out.

For any member who is interested in learning how to mix their own ejuice, just come over the the DIY section of ecf. Plenty of very knowledgeable members to help out with each step. Turns out to be way easier than you think.
