Meh. My dad had 2 strokes and didn't go to the doctor nor did he tell anyone. He lied on his couch for 2 weeks. Finally my grandmother went to his house and found him. His was due to Wegeners granulomatosis. I think you'll survive until you can see a doctor tomorrow. I know people are just trying to show concern so you'll take it seriously and see a doctor, but horror stories on the internet tend to convince people they're dying of cancer and stuff. My doctor told me numerous times to never ever google symptoms or ask anyone about them because a simple cold will turn into a heart attack. 
So just make an appointment first thing tomorrow morning and don't give it another thought until you see your doctor. I hope you're well and it's just something trivial! 
(Just realized I made it sound like my dad never went to the doctor at all. He went after my grandmother found him and was hospitalized. I simply meant he didn't die. He was very lucky.)
