well,back when I ran out of filled carts,I dripped some water back in them and got a few puffs more...but straight water...wouldnt be satisfying.

You can find out for yourself, it won't damage the atty/carto - if anything it'll clean it but no you can't vape water, the atomizer will simply fizzle and burn it off.

Short story NO, atties do not go that high in temp. You need 212 F plus to vaporise water.
