Every package that comes into Canada say's "International item arrived in Canada and will be reviewed by Customs" Don't sweat it. It will clear customs shortly. Even if it doesn't clear they have no reason to confiscate it. Unless juice was in the package. I had customs old my cartomizer for three months once. But they eventually released them to me because they had no grounds to take them.

Sorry to hear about the huge customs delay on your Z-Atty, however. Just hope the customs officer reviewing the package isn't a vaper.
