cap for nic?

im looking for a cap to fit into my MFS 120ml nic bottle so that it dont spill
i want to have it so you insert a needle into it after the twist off cap is removed flip bottle over pull back plunger and suck nic
i dont know what this type of system is called or id google it
help me out brothers and sisters

Did a bit of googling myself, don't know if this is exactly what you are looking for but I found what is called a "Septum Cap"
Assembled screw cap with hole and PTFE/silicone septum black polypropylene, PTFE/silicone, septum thickness 1.5 mm, for use with 4 mL vial with 13-425 thread | Sigma-Aldrich

Used for insulin products, will probably have to do a bit more googling to find one ideal for the bottle you have.

Something like this maybe. Put any size needle you want on it and your good to go.
