Cartomizers are made many thousands at a time. It is normal and expected that they will not all be perfect. This does NOT make them "defective" or "broken". Below are two steps that will resolve 99% of poor performance issues if done correctly.

TO resolve extra fluid,leaking,low vapor

Remove the cartomizer from the battery. Use a tissue to cover the Cartomizer from the threaded end. Put the cartomizer in your mouth like you normally would keeping your lips around it only blow through it. Blow as hard as you can for just a couple seconds. Do this only ONCE. Some liquid should come out of the threaded end onto the tissue. . When you are done, with the tissue in place, shake the Cartomizer like a thermometer to remove all liquid from the threads. Then wipe off the threads and re-attach to Cartomizer.

How to resolve cartomizers that are not making a good connection with the battery. (no vapor at all, very little vapor)

You will need to unscrew the Cartomizer from the battery.
One end of the Cartomizer is the threaded end and the other end is the mouth piece. The threaded end is the end that screws into the battery. The battery IS the SmokeStik, we need to adjust the threaded end of the cartomizer.

If you look closely at the Cartomizer from the threaded end, you will see the threads on the outside, then a gap, then the center post. The center post is the round metal circle with a hole in the middle. The center post is what we need to adjust.

Now very gently…it does not take a lot of force….insert your finger nail into the gap between the threads and the center post. Lift up on the center post while running your fingernail all the way around it. You only want to lift the post a small amount. . What you are going to do is lift the center post up just a very small amount. Lifting the post a little bit will allow it to make better contact with the battery. (If you cannot fit your fingernail you can carefully use the end of a paperclip. Do NOT insert it directly into the center hole….just around the edges)
