so can you now use cinnamon in them [Vision Vivi Nova] and it won't melt?

Late to the party as usual: Only if you get the metal tubes. The ones that are metal with a window to see the juice ("STV" "Neptune") will also melt, as the window can be affected.

They can be tricky, but probably best to post in their thread in suppliers area or maybe send them a note.

Side note, I ordered replacement rings like.... last week? for the 19 and did a test fit. worked fine.

I finally got the o rings in. Used a cap from a Visine bottle that came through the end cap just enough to hold the o ring in place while I pushed the last small bit into the end cap.
