I didn't realize it was over 100%. Obviously, it rounded the numbers, as percentages can go above and below 1.0.
Yes, it only takes a few people getting 1.6% or .7% or whatever for the votes to not equal 100. I'm sure the exact percentages could be worked out and made available but I for one can't imagine it would be worth the trouble. I have a great deal of faith that Webby has gone the extra mile to make this a success.

I'm sure a few people didn't revote. You had to not pay any attention for almost a week to not realize what was going on. Not what I'd call an informed voter.
I for one did re-vote, and changed two of my votes based on what I felt were immature comments and petty bickering over the whole issue.
Let's put it behind us and get rolling! There will be plenty of work for anyone who has the time and wishes to volunteer.
