i have sent messages both here and on CASA board, never heard a response, evidently Idaho is covered.

Sorry Chiqa, I missed the post here. Kristin has been managing the reps but we just started getting in cards, stickers and printable materials that we're organizing into downloadable and order-at-cost from cassa.org

The t-shirts are online now and the cards will be up along with bumper stickers this week.

Just so people don't think I'm randomly signing people up as Regional Reps, Chiqa did PM me on http://casaaforum.org offering to be a Rep for Idaho! :D

We can use MULTIPLE REPS for each state, so please sign up even if your state is "taken." States are pretty big, so we need more than one Rep!

I'm working on adding people who posted or Pmd me at Welcome to CASAA - Consumer Advocates for Smoke-Free Alternatives Association, but anyone who volunteered on this thread - please remember that I need you to sign up over there and contact me with city/county/state info before I can add you to the Regional Reps!

Regional Reps are becoming more and more important!! FOUR indoor bans have passed in various cities without us finding out about it and several are pending - some without any Regional Reps to go speak at public hearings adn protect their right to vape!!

So far, here we have representative volunteers for:

St Louis, Missouri
Toledo, Ohio
Fullerton, CA
Rhode Island
Lakeland, Florida

CASAA can't be effective without local representation, folks! You may not be affected now, but you probably will be later. Please volunteer your assistance - it's not going to be a hard job!
I would be happy to represent the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. I submitted my name to Caasa quite sometime ago and never received a response. Jimmie Traylor. My user name is Luisa

Signed up a few months ago....not a clue what I'm suppose to be doing....figured there would be some further instructions or something.
All of that info is on this link: CASAA Forum - Consumer Advocates for a Smoke-free Alternative Association • View topic - Regional CASAA Representatives Needed!

Right now, we need people to just be watchdogs in their area and alert us if someone takes action against e-cigs or other smokeless alternatives.

If something DOES occur, hopefully you can be a contact for us for organizing and attend public hearings, if possible. That's why the more Regional Reps in a state, the better!
