Hey Guys- sorry I've been lacking on updates, but I've been running around here like a chicken with my head cut off the past few days.

Yesterday we got PTs up through 17541 out (minus 2 510 PTs in between that didn't have working adapters, so those are getting fixed today and should go out tomorrow).

Everything through 17645 has a Prodigy. No clue if or how many are supposed to come in today.

Today I'm getting caught up on about 230 juice orders from Friday through today, tons of emails between last night and this morning are getting caught up with, as well as replacements (about 30 are going out today).

All this babble simply means, we're still getting things done, and getting closer to caught up pretty quickly. As of today, every order has been printed, and is on my floor waiting for Prodigys and PTs. So, there's roughly 130 open orders until we're caught up Wootwoot!

Bleh..so that means ClosetToker's Prodigy only(17657) didn't ship on the 16th? Or I misunderstand and you're including that number as all PT's that were in waiting are caught up to that point and maybe you're further on the Prodigy Only's? Oh dear, I'm soo confused! hehe

That's okay, I don't have my batteries that were supposed to be delivered today either. (not a PS thing, just saying hehe) According to tracking, it went to the town next to me which is the nearest deliver depot for FedEx and then headed back to Ohio...LOL (I'm in Northern Michigan)

Sorry for the confusion, but the Prodigy figure is just ones that are waiting for PTs. 17691 is next in line for a Prodigy.

Casey - sorry to be like "duh" guess Im confused. Are the two 510's now waiting to get fixed til more come in later in the week or are the two still getting fixed and shipped tomorrow? Curios because Im Order#: 17425

Hey Mr. Glass,

Not sure yet. Sorry about that, but I make a box of all the adapters, end caps, etc that don't work as I test them, and every few days a few pieces get taken back to the factory to be repaired. I'm not exactly sure when they're going back or getting back here. I'll post more when I know!

Hello my Sunshines

So far today things are quite calm in the office. Juice orders are going out within 24-48 hours of being placed (unless you placed it over the weekend, obviously it didn't get out until yesterday).

As for adapters, the only ones that are ready to ship are 801 and 401 Prodigy adapters, as well as 401 PT adapters. And, in case anyone missed Steve's announcement last week- we FINALLY got the 401 adapters to work!!!!!


We're waiting on Prodigys and PTs as always, and when Steve left this morning, there was no hint as to what was coming back later. *Don't worry everyone, he is aware of the fact that we desperately need 510 PT adapters and various 901 adapters for replacements- he's working on it!* So, until probably 4 this afternoon (and that's CENTRAL TIME) I won't know anything new.

Now, here's a big update for ya'll just so no one is disappointed when they shoot me an email:

Yesterday, a new policy was put into effect, and I can no longer add additional items to orders once they have been placed. I can still do even exchanges (ex: decide you want an 801 Prodigy instead of a 510 Prodigy, or a different flavor of the same size juice, etc), but I cannot add additional items UNLESS you already qualified for free shipping. No if's, and's, or but's. Sorry for the inconvenience, but those are the new rules. Just wanted to let ya'll know in case you were thinking about adding some things to an existing order.

I hope this update is sufficient and keeps you all feeling calm for the day

Steve just called- Looks like we're getting 50 Prodigys in today that can be packaged for shipping between tonight and tomorrow. Should bring us up to roughly 7/21/09, and into the 18000's.

No PT update yet. Steve's not back yet, so probably nothing on that until later tonight/tomorrow.
