Hi Casey. Any news on order 17862? Waiting on a 510 adapter for my V1, and a 510 PT.
510 adapters for both the PT and the Prodigy aren't here yet, but once they are, we're going to be on the fast track to caught up The 510 adapters are the most complicated to make, so they take a bit longer than the others. We're getting some soon- I've been bugging Steve to bug the manufacturer ALL week!

This is perfect timing, quarterly bonus time is right around the bend, and Puresmoker is almost caught up! Guess the last of my excuses to not order my Prodigy are going up in vapor...
I feel you! I was on the fence until I got the Pass Thru this week. Now I can't wait to get the Prodigy. 3.7 is not doing it for me anymore.
I'm sorry I bothered you with my e-mail. I didn't realize how backed up you are. My order was #18195 a 510/dura ps manual bypass. Now that I know what's going on it's ok. Can't wait to get it!

Good to hear that you are nearly caught up on Prodigys and I am aware that the passthrus take quite a bit more time but how are those looking? How many orders are "open" on those? Thanks. Have a funktacular day.

Ok, here's where we stand this morning.
We currently have about 60 open orders for pass throughs. We're waiting on them to come in, and hopefully we can have them out and up to date by Monday- let's cross our fingers for a few really big days from the factory.
We are caught up on Prodigys except for 510's- which are waiting for adapters. We should have some coming in later on today, but we'll see. I'm not making any promises.
I'm also waiting on some switches to come in- so if you ordered an unresistored switch, that's why it hasn't shipped. We should get more by the end of the week.
I've got approximately 10 Prodigys sitting here that can ship, and Steve has said there are more coming in.
Hope this helps give you all a better picture!

My order (18486) is still processing. I'm wondering if the fact that I ordered additional batteries might be holding things up.
Tons of shipping notices are going out this morning- I was packing them last night guys.
Guess I'll be hitting refresh on the 'ol Yahoo Mail quite a bit today...
