UPDATE:

Hey everyone- kind of a slow start to the morning today (woke up an HOUR after my alarm, so I'm dragging). Here's the update at PS.

Steve and Jo are out all day on personal business- yes, believe it or not sometimes they need a day too! Unfortunately that means we won't be getting any new product in today. Sorry about that with the adapters, and PTs, etc, but hopefully Monday we'll get a ton of stuff in since the machines run all weekend.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I'll be here all day furbaby-sitting, answering tickets, packing juice, holding down the fort, etc. So, if you need anything, you know where to find me.

Don't get slobbered to much by the furbabies!! Any chance you work on Saturdays

Too late. Just got all 3 furbabies watered up, peed out, and back in their respective corners. Man, that's a process!

I'm usually logged in from home on Saturdays, but if need be, I'll come in for a few hours in the AM. You making a stop?

Just curious but I found a tracking number for my package on the PS site, but didn't receive an email indicating it has been shipped? USPS still lists it as having received electronic information, but that doesn't really bother me as I've had packages arrive before that ever updated to anything else.

What was the order #? It's probably that the system hasn't completely updated yet and sent out tracking emails.

Hi Casey, i do apologize if this has been answered today but I'm not too familiar with some of the terminology being used (kind of a newb!).

I ordered a 510 passthrough on July 24, 3 weeks ago. I noticed my order is still "processing" on the Puresmoker website. My order number is 18140.

Is it possible to give me an update as to where my order may be in the pipeline?

Ok, so my order placed 8/1 has disappeared. (#18415) I log into Puremoker.com and it tells me I have no orders. I email info@puresomker.com and I get no reply.

Do I still have an order? Should I reorder? Help!

Hi- I looked up the order, and it shows that payment was never received, and it was canceled. We hold orders for up to 7 days awaiting payment, and then they are automatically canceled. Sorry! You'll have to re-place it.

I ordered a prodigy 510 last week and was just wondering how much confusion would it add to add an 801 adaptor to my order? If it would just mess things up I can place a second order later.

Please disregard my previous post, I've been playing with a 801 mod and it seems the extra cart capacity is good and hit is better at higher voltages. I went ahead and ordered an 801 adaptor and some juice on a separate order.

Hi Casey,

I seem to be having problems with my e-mail and I don't think you have received the e-mails that I sent you in regard to my order. I placed an order for two 901 PTs, but I accidentally ordered one of them as a 501. I just want to make sure my order is corrected before it is shipped.

My order number is 18605, placed 8/7/2009 at 1:56PM.
