Did you get order 18783? Also I wrote in a ticket about whether or not atomizers had a warranty, my black 801 from order 17839 died in less than 2 weeks. Anyway hope you guy's get things back up and working ok!!

UPDATE:

Crazy Monday as usual over here. Steve is under the weather and resting up a bit, while I have packaged the juice orders from over the weekend, am getting the tickets up to speed, and am working on replacements, etc. Not sure if Steve will be making it to the manufacturer today to pick up anything. We'll see what tomorrow holds.

We're out of 510 and 801 adapters for the Prodigy right now, so if you ordered a Prodigy with either of those adapters, it hasn't shipped yet. Should have them tomorrow.

Again, still waiting on the PT adapters and more PTs, so we should know more tomorrow.

Sorry for the lack of updates guys, but even super heroes get sick and need Mrs. Cash to take care of them sometimes

Lighten up a little... they are trying, plus the leadtime is on the website when you ordered so you should have known that there will be a little lag there. You will have it before you know it!!

PS does not sell carts, but if you order an atomizer it should have come with a blank one on it.

They should... I have never ordered an atty from anywhere that did not have blank carts already on them.

Most of the time when I order attys, they come with an empty cart, no stuffing in it though. Which is fine with me since I tend to mostly drip. But, I've not gotten any attys with a 'blank cart', that is one with stuffing in it. Usually I've had to order those.
