Well I'm glad to hear my idea has merit I would love to see someone grab this ball and run with it! We need someone with atty design experience to help. That's why I looked to Tom. He knows what will work and what won't.

And I can value where Tom is coming from. A quality regulated squonker. That doesn't break the bank has been needed in this market for quite some time Every time I find one worth having its 500$. Which is t that bad. But not affordable to the every day vape head. 150-200$ is more reasonable. And that's saying it will still hold up after a year of abuse.

I always wish the best of luck for anyone that follows a dream. And your service has and continues to be unmeasurable CH. Just saying

I never said it didn't have Merit. I actually had a similar idea after playing with the raptor. The side air on the raptor made it a fail to me. Now if the air came from the top instead of the bottom side it could have been a contender. I actually drew one up but once the bottom fed Raptor from hellfire was announced I moved on.

We're probably looking right around $300. The chip alone is $70. I am going to have to have a pivotal part made by a machine shop, I'm currently drawing it up. And once I have a price that 100 of them will cost I will be able to give a solid price but I'm betting the piece alone will be close to $100. If I'm wrong and they can do it for $50-60 we will be closer to the $250 range. I'm super stoked about the mod btw.

and thats what I am saying, every other regulated mod with high standards carries the 4-500 price tag. not saying I will not pay it. but there are a ton of people that will buy a regulated squonker, and it be their only device if the price point is 2-300$ do I think you will have an issue selling these guys? no shoot you already have a list with almost half of the order sold ........... what you are doing is solid. and I commend you for what you do. glad you are using the yihi chip, and yes we all know there is no break in their price. but you pay for what you get in the long run as well. my Tmod has served me ........quite well.

any news on the vector challenge. we got one done. major PITA machine oil, and slow drilling on the press. low profile RDA, top air flow, easy adjustable at that, with spit guard worth the battle. I will post pics tomorrow evening my friend

$300 means it is cheaper than the Flask, uses a (IMO) superior chip and will probably be designed better. I do love the aesthetics of the Vapor Flask but did not like how they set up the squonk version.

Oh I know that Tom. Nothing but respect for you. I totally understand your position though on building a custom atty. That market is so volatile. Poor idea and it doesn't sell. Great idea and it's cloned in a month That's great the Raptor inspired you too! Positioning of air intakes pose an issue with leakage. Hmmm Raptor with top air, would be stellar!!
