Sunbox 10mL bottle holds actually 13 mL

This is three fills, NET (my own home brew of a very nice cuban cigar.) Lets call it 33mLs

On a Catfish praxis Derringer.

Just curious: So, 3 re-wicks? 'Cause those coils look pretty black. The wicks look awesome...

The next batch of Vectors arrived today as did another 50 derringers, I also got a call from DHL about the Atty3 which should be here tomorrow. Looks like a busy weekend. The Element Stumpys should be here Monday.

In regards to the CAM-M: I was supposed to go see what my engraver came up with today but I got crazy busy finishing a 4"x12"x 1/4" piece of Damascus plate. I had to mill it down to .10 +/- .005. I have been dragging my feet on doing it because it's very messy, takes forever and no matter how I do it I'm losing $100 or more. I have had it for 2 months and today was the day I had to stop procrastinating. Spent another 6 hours and now it's done and on the way back to Texas, good riddance.

My vector should be coming tomorrow. I saw that super-x said that the vector is strictly dual coil. I didn't know that. Unfortunately, I'm strictly a single coil vaper. I tried dual coils but it was too strong for me. Guess I can try to block off some holes...

nah man, same coils same wicks. This is a cigar juice though they are lighter. Check the quantities of the different types of tobacco. There are only three, the main difference is where or how they are grown plus the where how and when the are cured.

Yes, but see I never smoked Marlboro Lights...

I smoked Camels (real ones, not fitered, or kings, or any of that crap) I also smoked Lucky Strikes or Pall Mall Reds as the mood struck me(2PAD). I also dipped a can of Copenhagen a day. And, I smoked a cigar or two in the evening, I usually used a pipe, old school filterless, with some mixture that I was digging at the time over the weekend.

I LOVED tobacco, I did not love watered down, chemical tasting representations of tobacco such as most of the lights, kings, menthols and such. I did so for 36 years. NETs are enjoyable to me. I vape them 0 added or 3, I also LOVE some flavored juice. Custard that I cannot get fat from and yet BREATHE!!!!!

No offense meant, but a "light" mass produced chemical laden cigarette is not nor never has been a flavor I would be remotely interested in chasing. I can stand the maintenance, and the coiling, and the washing, and do it all manually without rigs or devices. ;) Different strokes, some of us actually liked the way real tobacco tasted and smelled.

I hear ya brother. I've had some good tobacco hand rolleds too over the years. That's the beauty of vaping - tastes great / less filling. :)

No need to feel for me bro. I personally think manufactured cigs tasted like garbage and unflavored nic just the same - awful. But I don't feel for you...

Flavor is at least 75% of the pure enjoyment I get from vaping. Cool that it's not a factor for you, I respect that. But I hope my point is taken without offense :)

I'm devastated by your post Tim. Literally devastated. That hurt me to the core. JK. There's not much anyone on a forum can do or say to offend me. But even in real life Id high five ya and say rock on brother. Vaping is what we as individuals chose to make it and That's what unites us all regardless if someone's flavor preference is lime guacamole peanut butter or fire pit hickory cured tobacco leaves with extra nic extract thrown in the mix. Ya can't smell it from my house so I'm good. I'm good :)

Maybe try building thin gauge wire dual coils to bump up the resistance? The Vector really is worth the trouble.

The mighty vector after about 7 ml run thru a fresh rebuild of 28 ga and KGD I did last night. I think this is my sweet spot for now. Don't know the resistance (and don't care cause it's less than 10 amps - I'd guess 0.5 ohms net) but you can see that it's like new. Zero gunk. And there won't be any for weeks and even then it's very light.

Those NETs are some serious carmelizers no? Damn.

OMG, Russ....please stop the Porn, until my Vector arrives...your making me drool...:w00t:

PS...Brian did review on the Atty3...looks enticing too....choices, choices....I guess just buy a couple of each new decent atty's, life is short. may as well enjoy.....:)

sXd bro, are you morphing into Trip Rippers on us bro?

I've seen about 3 minutes of one of his vids and had to quit so I can't comment. I found him extremely annoying all that BS he does with the camera made me feel like I ate shrooms and was beginning to trip.

Russ....I gotta get that coil master you have......seems to make some incredible coils....with a bend here and there...I watched your video several times, just waiting for the Vector to give it a shot.

I actually made them with the TURBOwinder deluxe - it's a tool made by turbocad6 and he has a tutorial in the coil build section on how to make it. The one he made me is crazy bad ayuss - it's like Ti :)
image.jpg

However, Kuro and coil master both emailed me today asking me to review products. The coil master is version 1.3. I hope they took my suggestions into account and used a wider diameter "finger" so "normal" gauge wire like 29-26 can be formed more tightly to the rod and include a second set of rods for installing dual coils.

The TURBOwinder makes the best formed and tensioned coils I've ever wound because it uses those gripping nippers to tension the wire while squeezing it to the rod. It's beast :)
