I agree. Functionally I'm sure it would be a nice option to have but aesthetically I believe it will look better without it.I wasn't originally but it does seem a bit gimmicky the more I think about it.

See lead time comment... I won't know until the cases are milled.Catfish, when do you think the LBC will be available?...another month or so?
Can't wait to get my hands on this baby....!

This just arrived. Look at the tolerances....
The clear one on the left is the 3D print of the final blueprints of the LBC. The final will have carbon fiber plate, bezel, battery cover and inlay on the back. Notice the final is slightly smaller in every direction as well as much more rounded and refined than the prototype which is tiny for what it is to begin with. I will do as many Releaux as I can until these arrive, I will call the machine shop Monday to start production of these at that point I will ask what the lead time on the bodies will be. It's getting close now.
Notice how rounded the bottom corners are, I had you in mind when that radius was chosen.Looks great Tom! The anticipation builds![]()

Those radii are difficult for me to do on my machine, but on a $50k CNC machine it's just another line of code. These will be made on the same machines that make the stumpys and another brand that rhymes with Clas.I didLove those smooth rounded edges!!

I want that clear 3D printed sample!
I can make you one but the body alone cost me $300 without the buttons or plates.I want that clear 3D printed sample!
